Thanks for the video. I'm trying to learn how to 'post and pay' in my sister's service business-recording the bill and recording the payment in quickbooks desktop. Of course I find I over complicate things and turn it into rocket science. Appreciate how you break it down.

We work with an ERP system that integrates with our QB Desktop. That integration sends over PO's as Item Receipts which in turn we covert to a Bill once that is received. Some of those Bills are paid by credit card in the end... some are not. I am moving over to working with Bank Feeds for our credit card charges overall but still need those Bills to be processed the way they are now because of the integration from our ERP system. Would the best way to do this be to 'ignore' those entries on the bank feed when I download / add and then select the payment method of credit card for the Bills and report them all that way? Does that make sense?

Was looking through your channel for a video on sales conversion in quickbooks desktop (estimates that convert into sales) but didn’t see any. Could you do a video on generating that report? Tried working through all the standard options already. Nothing there. 🙁
