What's sad is all 4 of those receivers, plus Irv Smith , With Tua throwing to them, with Jalen hurts as back up and Mac jones 3rd string, with also Damien Harris , Najee Harris and josh Jacobs at running back . Lost the 2018 natty and only scored 16 points . I blame the OC at the time mike locksly for terrible play calling and I guess nick Sabans worst game ever also . How are you not going to use josh Jacobs on 3rd and 4th and inch's situations and goal line situations? You know your power battering ram of a back ?? Instead you run Tua or use Damien Harris? And go for fake field goals ? That mixed with Tua playing his worst game and Clemson having a perfect game, it was just a disaster I will never get over

He just refused to do it because he wanted his offenses to pound the rock and chew the clock while relying on the defense to smother the opposition, but once he understood that wasn't an option anymore, they immediately went after and got some of the best prospects at the position.

The only stat where someone else even comes close to Alabama: Ohio State has a starter on 22 NFL teams while Alabama has a starter on 21 teams. All other draft or NFL stats, the Crimson Tide has just been completely untouchable. It's a wonder they don't win the CFB Championship every year.
