I had the idea for this after messing around with Angry Ghost and Nukes and realized that since Angry Ghosts shoot projectiles faster that I didn't need anything else. I could've done without the Always-Cast too with some luck so a faster seed is very possible and it may be a viable random seed category although I hate grinding for RNG so I'll let the rest of you do it.
I had to splice the end where I show my mod list in because I hit stop recording too fast but since it's after the run was over but in the same session it should hopefully be fine.

So I couldn't follow all of this, but is this roughly what happened
1. you picked up perk lottery, got the lucky roll, so the others stayed
2. The second perk gave you black holes on the second wand.
3. The third was angry ghost.
4. you used the black holes from the wand and the angry ghost to go down all the way
5. along the way you picked up a stillness wand.
6. Stillness + kick killed the boss
almost exactly right. I actually got black holes on the first wand because the cast delay means either wand wouldn't be very fast but by casting the empty second wand it would make the angry ghost rapid fire the spell it copied.
So I cast black hole once to make angry ghost copy it and then used the faster wand to make angry ghost rapid fire it
and any time the angry ghost would copy something else, I'd use the first wand to try getting the angry ghost to copy blackholes again.
That's one helpful angry ghost lol.

Not quite.
The blue balls are black holes, an spell that eats any terrain. They normally have 3 charges per spell. It's also very slow to cast.
Angry ghost is a perk that generates an small red ghost that follows you and copies spells casted around him (Not just your spells, it can copy enemy spells too). After the angry ghost decides to copy an spell, it will cast it every time you cast something, until he copies something else.
So what's happening here, OP casted 1 blackhole, then changed to a very quick, empty wand and started spamming it. The angry ghost copied blackhole and started casting it without end each time OP casts his rapidfire empty wand.
(I probably should add than in a normal run Angry Ghost is an awful perk - sooner or later it will decide to copy something stupidly dangerous and make you explode).

I'm going to make a timeline with some optimization potential for speedrunners.
0:07~ Can get a little boost with bunny hops
0:13~ The other route(the left path of the electric puzzle) might be faster. Test required
0:20~ Pick up the wand quickly. If you double press interaction key, the wand is picked up immediately
0:22~ Slight delay in entering the portal
0:24~ Can prepare the bomb death by placing the bomb to the last wand( next to the Circle of Stillness). + Bunny hop is available in the Holy Mountain
0:28~ Needs quick wand replacement. By changing the key bindings, you can fire the first wand and select the second wand at the same time. So you can quickly let the ghost shoot black holes
0:32~ Avoid interference from other projectiles as much as possible. Then getting down without ever hitting the ground is probably the hardest work in this speedrun.
1:00~ Maybe you can even cross the lava above the Kolmisilmä and go straight down to the boss
1:08~ Freezing Kolmisilmä at once... I'm not exactly sure about this part either. Probably the only RNG in this run. Figuring out how to quickly freeze the boss is our homework
1:12~ After killing Kolmisilmä, the biggest task to do is get below 44 hp, enter the portal without slime, drop the gear and immediately fire the 3rd wand, causing Midas to explode the bomb. Insta death, gg
1:30~ Click the dialog "Completed the game!" as soon as it appears. It's faster than just pressing space if done at the right time.

I ran the seed a few more times to see what the optimal time would be and I think 58 seconds is the fastest one can arrive at kolmi, 1 second for an optimal kill, 6 for the death animation and teleport, and 2 to complete the work and bomb suicide for an optimal time of 1:07 IGT, maybe 1 to 2 seconds lower with some micro-optimizations of this seed but we'll see.

tried the seed, but I don't understand why I always get an energy orb with a timer as an always cast. how do you get a black hole?
Spells from the Always-Cast perk sometimes differ based on how many unlocks you have. For this seed to give you black holes on the Always-Cast the minimum unlocks you need are Tentacle, Spiral Shot, Earthquake, Nuke, and Fireworks which are all unlocked from their respective Orbs.

the craziest part for me is how do you find those seeds
noitool.com search for seed, starting flask: acceleratium, perks in first HM: perk lottery, angry ghost, and always cast.
I had to manually review several hundred seeds to sort out the ones where the always cast was black holes and the perk lottery checks succeeded and then got 3 candidate seeds, of which the first took too long just to get to the HM, the second had no boss killers on the main path, and the 3rd is the one in the video.
so far I've scanned half of all 4.3 billion possible seeds and only have 1 good speedrun seed from this search, so yeah it's several hours of work but noitool does most of the work.
