In Gambia we call it chakirie… you can also make it with cous-cous and full cream mixed with sour cream, but I prefer this one
I had this dessert when I visited Burkina Faso, it was very delicious and healthy.

Happy New Year🎊🎉💕
Titi U All well done
Taty! Way to enter 2022 with a bang💥! This video is awesome💥, and Sister Aisha is all about business and process. You have been missed, but super glad that you took time out for the family to end and begin a New Year. It is all about family when all the chips are down. Introduction dialogue at the start was short. Just add a bit of length to it, like you did in prior videos🙂. By doing that it sets the context for what the video will be about and keeps the viewer even more engaged. Camera angles were correct, and quality very very nice📷. Ala has grown in his job as camera man and is now an expert. You should have given Ala some of the millet drink🥛. The few times I had millet yogurt was in Kumasi, many years ago. I have no way of telling if what I had was authentic or not, but can tell that Sister Aisha's is beyond delicious. As always you have seriously placed Sunyani on the map🌎! You deserve the title of Sunyani Ambassador, and they should pay you for that. Great to see your daughter on film at the end. A happy and prosperous New Year to you, your family, and all the individuals you have profiled in your videos. And a special New Year greeting to Sister Ajara who I am a #1 fan of!
🤣❤️💋 happy new year boss. Correction noted
I want to try the Burkina my self bcos it will be very nice
Happy New Year Tati. More wins this year. Na aduane no😁😁💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
More aduaneeee
I make this at home n is not that simple. I get tired after making few batches. The yogurt she added serves as culture . u can get culture used in making yogurt. This will enable the bacteria work on it to form the yogurt n make it thick. My family loves it. Try n add condensed milk to it. It takes it to another level 💯
Eeeeiiiii your mouth will sweet you paaaaa
Me naaa looking at the process nu I can see it's not simple koraaa have tried my hands on sooo many things Taty shows but with this I doubt if I can give it a try tho I want to have a taste too and also I didn't see sme of the ingredients used well
@@TatianaHaina paaaa ooo. With this I dun make it often.once a while so it gets finished at home quickly if not they will get fed up eating it .
@@akuaoppong4234 the millet process is just like prepping for hausa koko. The only difference is after grinding u gradually mix water into the grinded mix to form the droplets 💦, then u sieve it to get the smaller droplet before u steam it. Just like attsieke (dun known if I spelt it right)
I just want her seive ooooo lol
Sister Tati, kindly make videos of Sunyani... Nice and beautiful houses and estates... Yafe fie...
Sure
I used to work at Asafo Market, and the guys really loved it so much , I never tried it though because it looked too sweet to my eyes 👀. But I can see it’s healthy.
Welcome dear.
Very healthy
Thanks for sharing. I heard after the preparation it must stored in a fridge, pls is that true
Welcome back Tati

🤣🤣🤣🥸🤣🤣 I was confused when I looked at the title!!! I am also from Burkina Faso, so when you said how to make Burkina I was lost!!!! We also call it Degue there -and in my second Country Ivoiry Coast
🤣
Yes we call it Degue in Ivory Coast or tchakry in Senegal. Interesting that they call it Burkina in ghana. I was surprised too😂😂
Just like wasawasa
😂😂😂😂 I just love the end part, u always taste it without your camera man😂😂😂😂
After adding the yogurt culture she also added something in rubber before adding the vanilla flavour, what is that please 🙏 she didn't mention what it's.can someone help please
I wish I could get the ingredients she used for the Burkina
I love that so much that I want to do some
What she did was yoghurt and with the millet thing, you can use millet flour. I don’t know where you’re located
@@AbenasKitchen I'm in Cape Coast in Ghana
I hope I get the other ingredient she used to thicken the milk powder
@@antwiwaadeborah1141 what she used to thicken the milk is called yoghurt culture if you don’t get that you can use natural yoghurt from the supermarket (yoghurt without any sugar or flavours), you just need about 1-2 tablespoons.
@@AbenasKitchen thanks🥰
You did the job for me honey ❤️😍
Please can you add salt
