Hajara sells very popular street food here in Ghana commonly known as Brukina, Degue or Thiakry. Brukina is made from millet, yoghurt and sugar. It's especially common among the northern communities in Ghana. Here in community 1 Tema, Hajara and her daughter make this on a daily basis for sale. In this video we learn the process of making this popular dish as well as experience a day in the life of a street food seller.
