Thank you for this upload! Such a fascinating case!
It still shocks me how little training police go through.
800 to become a cop, and 700 to be analyzing crime scenes?
Cosmetologists need 1800 hours of training and need to renew their license every 2 years. Often needing to take classes to get that renewed license.
Just to dye and cut hair.
But people that have the ability to put people in jail, and are the first people building the case for someone to go to prison for life.
They need real training, it's crazy that they carry guns and have less training than most other trades.
But, yeah, give them an absurd amount of power over people's lives. 👍👍
I was a Sheriff's deputy working booking at the jail with 2 weeks of training on how to use the fingerprint machine, other software, ECT. Literally anybody can be deputized!
Agree - come on over to Europe, in Sweden it's 2-3 years or more, it's the laws & the training, of course you need to clear the tests/assignments or you're out. Fire Fighters even more.....some states even let some in to (POLICE SCHOOL = SWEDEN) that has a criminal register. That shows that there is no seriousness behind it.
@@mraereed Oof, that's wild. It's scary not just for citizens but for the officers too. If you go into a situation you're absolutely not ready for, I couldn't imagine just basically having to learn on the job with something like that.
I LOVE THESE POSTS...! LOVE FROM U.K XX
I know what u mean but it’s a bit weird to be this enthusiastic when it’s about real people being killed
maybe I mispronounced my sentence..I never said I was 'enthusiastic' about the topic and never would be, of course...most people understand that..I meant I love the channel, just from a formative point of view..spreading the message, with all love n respect intended..glad I made that clear..🙄@@tlanxe682
Investigator Jaynes has a difficult career. Bless him.
Please tell me more, if you can/want?
The attorney who is asking the questions needs to go back to school he seams to be having difficulty knowing what is going on in the beginning and half way through does he not know how to ask questions about anything it's like this is the first trial he has been involved with I would not ask him to be my attorney ever ‼️
Yes! Weirdest thing I’ve ever witnessed.
Re photographs being explained, the lawyer seems totally disinterested. If it is the judge speaking about exhibit numbers etc, the least he could do is address her as such. Have some respect.
First trial I see from Tennessee, usually the clerk don't call out the numbers of documents, first time I ever hear that. If it's the judge even weirder..... works different from state to state.
Hello from Sweden 🇸🇪
Ditto
Is that your cat in the profile picture?
@@colouroflife1 yes it is my cat,his name is Grey♥️
Sweden 🇸🇪representing 😊
Hej Från Sverige❤✌🏽🇸🇪
The attorney asking the questions is quite abrupt and rude imo
When Annette was on the stand I got the feeling she was feigning like Blanche Dubois. She’s always depended on the kindness of strangers.
Well now she will depend on taxpayer money state & federal, to house & feed her 3x a day, free medical, jobs & free schooling at most prisons. I’ve heard it is about 40k yr. to feed, house one inmate, I’m sure the rest are several thousand a yr. They say it is more expensive to put to death but I cannot see how because one inmate can live 10-50 yrs ! 😮
Are those members of the Jury reflecting in that screen in front of the Witness?
The jury is usually to the side.
The jury is always seated to the side closest to the prosecutors table
No they are on his right hand side
Spectators
No, that's the ppl in the gallery
oh those accents are fascinating….😮
Where can we watch the full trail??
I have been asking the same question!! Not sure why the whole trial was not shown esp on CourtTV
Now nothing of this case???
Guess this is Indiana, having trial over the weekend, or is it from earlier in the week? Not used to see live trials during the weekend, I get it's not a live.....anyways - bad experience because of Delphi. Law enforcement, prosecutors, judge, the cult & more haven't done their honest job towards the families for what happened to Abby & Libby 2017 - documents was difficult to read. So need to look up what city this trial is in. Never heard of this case. - someone kind told me where this is, Tennessee
Johnson City, Tennessee
@@Rnnurse2023 Thanx
This company guy, should be. 😂❤😂❤
Not enough training. Sloppy work by a lot of investigators. I had to go 2 years to become a Barber. Just shake my head. Just wow
The glass front is for - what??🙈
Was put up during COVID. Left it up.
Bulletproof glass 😂
Please tell me the reflection is not the jury...
I know nothing about this case but, I know a beautiful accent when I hear one.
Btw I’m talking about the attorney 😜 !
Easy TN Baby! I’m born and bred here and proud of it!
@@LesterBlair ,
I’m British 🇬🇧, so I have no idea where in the US 🇺🇸 that accent is from 🤷🏽♀️ . But I 🤍 it !
@@Theresa89 ooh that’s cool!! I do love our accent too lol

Tennessee 👌🏽
Isn’t it where Dolly Parton is from ?
Yes
Clandestine grave excavation!?
Making me wonder if 2 women was involved in this murder.
