      She knows what she did and she’s totally externalizing blame on her supposed bff. This is what a person with a personality would do. She has a clear secondary mental illness (cluster b, antisocial personality disorder) which is evident throughout the trial. She needs prison. This woman is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and in my opinion is suffering from a severe personality disorder. She staged everything thinking she can outsmart ppl with her antics. Not me! Can’t fool me!😊

    • @lorricannon189
      @lorricannon189 7 месяцев назад +1

      I don't know much about this case. In my opinion I think this unusual cross examination is bc they believe she was having a mental breakdown or temporary insane! I find it's ridiculous what it takes to be legally insane or suffering an acute mental breakdown in the 🇺🇸 Courts. Even people who have been legally insane although the offender doesn't agree when they are asked if they knew right from wrong & they answer yes.With that said in most cases you're charged anyway bc you said yes & receive treatment then deemed okay to go to trial & then convicted & sent away for life! I remember watching a TV Documentary where the inmates wanted this young man out of their pod telling the prison guards he needs to be in a Mental Hospital he doesn't belong here. They we're scared of what he might do bc he didn't like taking his meds & they can't force him too either. They've been attacked luckily he's not a big guy rather skinny but he was that disturbed. Being in prison didn't bother him he didn't seem to grasp reality. Some ppl belong in a locked down Mental Hospital where there is a 3 or 4 Tier system getting them on proper medications & seeing professionals, group meetings very strict conditions. It can take 10 years or longer too to get them well before they go out with an escort for a couple of hours to see how they do bc some are scared to leave. Then it takes another 6 months or longer until they are prepared to live with another person in an assisted living apartment & gain employment. Some will never get out usually due to severe trauma as a child. The police & authorities know where they are & once out the hospital has an open door policy & number if they have any difficulties or concerns. They keep prisoners in the 🇺🇸 who are to violent serving Life Sentences instead of bring back the death penalty & spend the money on hospitals for those who need it. They need to teach prisoners a Trade so when they do get out they can find work if they really want to take advantage of their 2nd chance. Sorry for the rant! Prisons shouldn't be privatized either & no one selling weed should be locked away in prison & I don't smoke weed. Ontario, 🇨🇦 🐾

    Her husband stated she had changed after the visit in Tennessee, that the ride back home was the strangest. Just my opinion but she had untreated mental disorder , became extremely paranoid , thinking she was followed, feeling husband was going to unalive her. Then on top of untreated mental disorder she is drinking, and smoking pot both can alter the thinking . Can’t wait to hear from the psychologist , hopefully she had mental evaluation. I’d like to hear more about this alcohol and substance use , since she has portrayed herself as woman of faith with the Pastor as the one to get advice from and follow his advice. She’s clearly manipulative and takes no accountability , blamed the victim, the pastor, and paranoia.

    My mother who is now 87, has severe mental illness. I can remember from the age of 8 that my mother wasn't okay. It was so confusing because she was okay one day and the next, she was someone else. She has paranoid schizophrenia with manic depression and anxiety. Im 51 now. I have depression and anxiety. I have forgiven her because she didn't chose this. But the 1 thing my mom did that this woman didn't do was continually seeking out mental health treatment. She went to the psych ward many times because she knew she needed to be treated because she would stop her medication when she started feeling better because she thought she would be okay. She severely abused me and my sister. We hoped it would get better as time went on but her patterns always seem to come back. She would drink alcohol and smoke cigarettes alot when she was going into her mental state. It doesn't however give her any right or any excuse if she killed me, myself or my dad. We can't justify her mental illness on murder because this women knew she wasn't well. She didn't follow up with mental health treatment. She doesn't get a pass for killing anyone. Im glad the jury wasn't persuaded by her excuses. She even laughed at times. She seems very with it now so she fully understands her illness and didn't get help for herself. She's a poor excuse for those who don't have the option of mental health. She is disgusting how she is trying to garner sympathy from everyone. When my mom was in her psychosis, she can not remember her actions fully because her brain doesn't know how to fully come to terms that she was so cruel but she always made sure she sought help to keep herself in check. She deliberately is using her mental state as an excuse for murder. Glad she's locked up forever.
