loving it.. in high school. the middle eastern friends were my only friends.. this is in perth australia.. everyone else was bullying me
indigo traveller how do you afford traveling im interested
Great work brother! Just to say giving to the corrupt UN/UNICEF wont really help much, as its the same people who run this that cause the problems.. you should look into the freemasons if you want to understand what im saying 'a call for an uprising' youtube channel is a great place to start.. also 'know more news' and 'israeli news live' are 2 more great channels which give you pure evidence on these people and what is happening in the world
Nick could you please start asking people what they think of US forces being there & if they think things would be better if the US left & let the Taliban & them figure things out themselves without the USA. Sadly I think If the US forces leave the Taliban will kill them & take over more and more land.
Can you please ask questions al ok ng these lines. Thanks Nick.
you just cannot find the better guide, can’t believe how clearly he can speak and how he conveys his message
Yea there are tons of men in afghanistan who have studied in america and then come back to america (especially translators)
Aryan is a hero

@@IndigoTraveller A very informative video with so much insight. Enjoyed watching, and saying hello from New Orleans!

God bless the Afghan people and that they find peace
@brian' gods one ☝️ doesn't matter what name u call it
@brian' doesnt matter, christians and muslims share the same god. "allah" is just the arabic name for god.
@@frankie5373 they might if USA leaves them alone
God bless you and thanks
battle grounds LOL didn’t take too long to find a comment like yours. Stupid people like you are the reason history is repeating itself. The Middle East never had found peace. They just had a short period of peace in between wars. Long before the US ever got involved. So maybe it’s time for you to open your eyes and stop being a sheep.
How many Afghan people watching this video please like to know each other
1/19/2021 دیدم
Your tour guide, the guy you interviewed was very articulate and conveyed his message clearly to you. You do a wonderful job portraying the lives of a people we would never see on the news or media. Cheers from America.
Appreciate that, it is the goal.
Indigo Traveller | I was born and raised in London and I speak Farsi. I just want to say his translations weren’t 100% correct. Most of what he translated were 80% correct. But other than that, awesome video! I’m a Shia and I’m praying for those In Afghanistan as Shias get targeted more.
Aquestic just knowing a language doesn’t make you a translator. He is not doing verbatim translation, it would be wrong of him if he did. I’m a professional translator and author of two books on this subject and I can attest his interpretation is 100% accurate. He interprets the direct and implied meaning of the speaker’s statement. Nothing essential is lost in his interpretation and I bet his English is by far superior than yours , let alone his Farsi and Pashto. He sounds very educated and highly articulate. Also, it’s an edited video you don’t hear or see the complete conversation!
Adam Kaiser | I was just saying. I didn’t say anything bad about it. Like when he asked him to say to the kid something along the lines of “stay well” or “keep doing what your doing”, the Afghan guy replied “ thank you ‘name’ jaan”. All he said was thank you. But yu no big deal.
@@adamkaiser3835 I was looking for words to answer that uneducated criticism but you said it so well that I couldn't say it any better thank you God bless
My god, that Arion's (hope I spell his name right) monologue at the end? It left me in tears... How the Afghan people are able to endure the war and keep smiling and saying that they love their country is just unbelievable.
Peace&Love
Thank you God bless you bro.
Yes, Aryan is a legend. Heavy words.
Thank you so match for the positivity , caring , love & beautiful taught about Afghanistan ❤
Yup and that's his whole point - even though as Afghans we are oppressed, brutalized and terrorized we'll never be conquered. Great video man. Thanks (Tasha-koor). :)
powerful capture & camera work, however, I have a feeling that in this video the random people interviewed often are afraid to speak there minds... especially the student in the blue jacket, maybe it is his difficulty with the language (what I interpret as internal tension maybe him looking for words), but he looks like he is Coerced into saying what he is saying... asking something like "are you happy in..." may, depending on the context, sound almost threatening (like you are accusing them of wanting to become a traitor to their homeland/hometown...) the guide, understanding your real interest & the situation (i.e. your real intent), & answers your questions honestly, however, the others, not so sure how much they preferred to keep to themselves.
Mark my words, one day this video series will be marked as one of the most important educational documentary on Afghanistan.
I mean its great but nah
I feel their pain while I'm not a part of it, is that normal?

Afghan series is incredibly entertaining to watch.
Thank you for watching :)
Entertaining??? Not good word comparing to these films' content.
Why ,because of their insecurity ?
@@pietrojenkins6901 Because the intention of the creator was to evoke some reflections on the recipient and not to create entertainment.
@@marcinkowalczyk8717 I agree with you and well, in me, it truly did. Saved this video, a good one. Especially his guide talking hit me hard.
Arian is a legend. I can't express the respect i have for him.
Incredibly powerful words. These people never give up, hope I get to visit one day!
Definitely. I hope you get to visit too :)
Angus Reed ♥️♥️🥰🇦🇫
Very much appreciated..as it gives one insights into this troubled area of the world.. but surely more effort was needed to try to speak to Afghan women. How can you just relate to men and ignore women? Because this society is so primitive, backward, stricken by destruction and has terrible inequities, sickness, poverty, corruption, lack of institutions.. all the more so to try to reach men and women and try to convey their thoughts ...
Good luck Afghanistan. beautiful
Thank you sir
Thank you so much

Good series. May I suggest: A “how to find/choose a local guide” video. It seems that you have been brilliant at finding legendary guides for all of your series. Thanks!

nice. 🇮🇷 and 🇦🇫 both iranian brothers. i'm not middle eastern nor iranian, but i love iran, iranian culture, and i think iranian peoples are some of the most unique and beautiful people in the world.
one of my goals is to visit iran. which part are you from? tehran, shiraz, qom, esfahan, bandar e abbas, yezd, tabriz, etc? i would also like to visit afghanistan too, but i won't be able to do that for the longest time. since there's no guarantee of safety and security. especially since afghanistan is very unstable and an intense geopolitical hotbed.
i think iran would be better and far safer to visit. plus, i have more of an interest. as i'm obsessed with iran, cherish its history and culture

hey Nick I am so glad that I came across your youtube channel, I am one of your newer subscriber and so far I am loving you content. The reason I am very interested in your contents is because I just can access your journey in Afghanistan and I am personally from Afghanistan and immigrated to the United states about 6 years ago. Seeing the media always showing the dark sides of Afghanistan such as bombings, killings, etc it really makes me angry knowing that Afghanistan is a beautiful place with beautiful cultural and people because i've seen all of it with my own eyes as a kid because moving to the United states. however, after watching your videos it makes me happy knowing there is someone out there exploring the true reality in Afghanistan and actually sharing it to the whole world to see. Once Again thanks for your amazing content and keep on exploring ❤️.
Thank you so much for what you do. Really. I've volunteered in refugee camps several times and the Afghan people I met were so kind, so genuine. It always amazes me how resilient and compassionate they are. I hope they get the peace they deserve.
