Great job, again. Hard work pays off many ways. Keeps you happy, I hope, healthy, and out of trouble for some of us. Loved the gas sniffer, had no idea this was available for general public. I worked utilities back when and used a truck with inverted funnel contraptions hanging from front of vehicle to detect roadway leaks. Grass areas? Easy, gas kills grass. Promote smoke detectors every chance you get, a very inexpensive lifesaving product. And, seat belts save lives. Love your programs. I got to check out the Cajuns next time.
Thanks for the kind words! Happy, healthy, and out of trouble! Perfect! Gas sniffing Hootis is wonderful! Such a blessing to us! Sounds like you had a inverted funnel Hootis on your truck 😆
Awe thank you! We create these videos for our viewers obviously, but they're also for us to have when we're old and senile! 🤣 It's already been fun to look back and see how far we've come and how much the kids have GROWN! Either way, Ted and I are so glad you're enjoying them!
Awesomeness!! Beautiful Creation on your bedroom transformation!! Two thumbs up on the gas detector!! Cool Video!! Good Job on the bed youngins!! Puppy growing fast. Wondering about the kitchen window, loose the site of seeing the backyard, to bad couldn't add a tinted window on the privacy fence looking outward. Anywho, loved the video!! Have a wonderful weekend🌟🌲👨👩👦👦 🐶's 🚜 😃👏👍👍💖
Thank you, thank you! The kids did great! Yes we do lose being able to see the back yard, but we had other reasons for making sure you couldn't see *beyond* the backyard. Theres a method to our madness..... usually. 🤣Have a great week ahead!
Aww! Loved this video! Great job Jenna on the beautiful tables & the whole room decor! Love that the kids put the bed together because that is a great skill for when they move out! Lol … Ted and those glasses at the end acting like a weirdo! Sry .. don’t know what he was pretending to be lol. So happy you showed the gas leak! My daughter has carbon monoxide poisoning from a rental apartment (most people die). It has changed her life negatively as far as her brain/memory and she is 36. She is a college graduate that has developed allergies to everything even clothing. The leak was in the fire place. The land lord was horrible & now my daughter is involved in a lawsuit against the insurance Co. that has lasted 4 yrs so far. Love you Guy’s especially praying as a family😊. ❤🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s
Great information. I mentioned smoke detectors but left out CO, another silent killer. I have a CO detector on each floor of my home. Terribly sorry about what happened to your daughter. Met some folks down here from Alaska, the wife and young son slept in her office due to extreme cold one night. Both lucky to be alive. Not sure if they ever resolved their case.
Thank you, Laura! Yes! being able to read vague instructions and the teamwork! We were impressed that they were able to get along during the whole process! Haha Teddy is just a goofball and his silly sense of humor is what makes us all love him so much and he keeps life so fun! Yes, it was crazy about the leak! We could not smell it at all, so we're so glad we checked it! Such an easy fix to keep everyone safe! He went around and checked every single other connection and we were all good! So so sorry to hear about your daughter! Yes, she's lucky to be alive! Poor girl with the complications that have developed as a result of the poisoning... and how frustrating about the lawsuit and that it's been dragging on! I really hope that is resolved and she is compensated accordingly! Hope you have a great week ahead! God Bless!
I have often wondered what will either couple do when these projects are complete. Cajun taught me DRY POUR. Going to watch FSU (Seminoles), signing off.
Ok, I can’t decide if I’m a cone, nut or needle, but I do know that I love your channel!! Your approach is so calming and relaxed. The house is turning out beautiful and your family dynamic is so refreshing! Keep it up.
Oh, thank you so much for your kind words! You are either a nut or a cone…. We reserve the needles for our people who come just to make negative comments! 😆 We still appreciate them and their comments. So.. they do still serve a purpose…. They just tend to be a little pokey… 🌲 Thankfully we do not have too many needles…
Let me tell you ,it feels so good when your guests leave and you clean up and get everything washed and back in place and it looks so good again,,just like it did before your very first guest came..I can't wait till you get your first guest...Even in these volatile days for AirBnB God is really blessing us with guests...Blessings to you guys. lov from south alabama.
I can imagine! I've been seeing so many horror stories about airbnb's that I'm a little worried but hopefully nothing too crazy happens. So glad you have been busy with bookings! Thats wonderful! Thanks for always giving such great tips an insight on the STR world! We appreciate it!
Great work on another room, the both of you are phenomenal working together, Ted’s carpentry skills and your decor makes all the rooms look fantastic. Hats off to both of you especially juggling work, kids sports and your home, never enough time in a day for sure. I remember those days all too well but I did work them into my schedule like we all do with a family. Thanks again for sharing.
Thanks so much Joe! We always appreciate your comments! ❤️ NEVER enough time in the day! 😆 We know that some day we will miss this busyness, so we try to make the best of every moment! We hope you have a great day!
My favorite part of the bedroom are those sconces! Perfect! I love seeing the activities your kiddos are in. I wish I was on the sidelines for CJs Bike run. ❤
Yes! The sconces were even better than we thought they’d be! So perfect! Fall is one of our busiest times of the year with kids sports! But we love every minute of it! ❤️ The energy and excitement at CJs races can’t even be explained! You HAVE to experience it! Soooo much fun! 🚴
Looks amazing ❤ thank you for using a mattress pad on your bed, so many people don’t know how much better your bed looks but keeps your mattress cleaner. House looks lovely❤
Thanks so much! 😊 I couldn’t imagine NOT using a mattress pad! We’ve always had them… such an easy way to protect your investment and way more sanitary! Hope you have a wonderful day!
Hello to the Great (soon to be) White North -- Take off eh Where do I even begin??? Tanks for nuttin Ted -- I have "She Thinks my Tractor is Sexy" running in my head now. Hello Todd! Yes the kids have already been wishing for snow to come! I tell them to quit rushing it! 🤣 Hopefully you've gotten that song out of your head.... now it's in mine! haha Finley was cringing at her serves! "Way too high" she said! Thats awesome that you played, too! I did in high school and loved helping coach her team for the last 3 years! You'll have to check out giants ridge! You'll likely bump into our snowboard bums up there! The kids are up there all the time! (perk of homeschooling!) We love the sumacs! We tried planting some at the end of our driveway but they aren't doing the greatest there! Haha love that saying! We'll keep smiling for sure! And you, too! 😁
Wow!! That room came out beautiful!! I love the tables they came out awesome!! The old tractor is a beaut in itself!! At least she gets the job done better than push mowing it! You all have a blessed day 🙏🏻
Wow! Look how big Clifford is getting!! And CJ and Finley, too! I swear they grow more with each video! 😢 The room came out a-ma-zing... as I knew it would 😉 Nice work on your table project, Jenna! Looks like you are about ready for customers to start making you money on all the work you have put into that project, Jill and I hope to be on your list sometime. Love the way it has turned out. That old Ford is pretty cool I know it takes a lot of time to keep it running 😊. Have a great weekend.
That would be amazing! Ted and I would love to host you and Jill sometime! Lots of sentimental value on the old Ford tractor... but yes, it's a lot of work, too! Hope you and Jill have a wonderful week ahead!
This is another awesome video. It's great that CJ and Finley are helping you with this project. And Clifford is too darn cute. Your videos are getting better and better. The sound is good, and the video shots are very good also. I can see that you are taking great pride in these. Thanks again, from Yuma for the winter. Tip on cutting those table tops. get a 12 in square and clamp it as a guide for your saw. It'll keep you cuts smoother and easier to finish sand. Those tables turned out great. Love the color after the finish. BTW Natural Gas has no odor, the smell is added for safety. Thank you, Tom! Yes the finish is so near, we ar excited about that! It's been a long road to get here. We'r not 100% sure what we'll do after the house. We're open to suggestions from our incredible subscribers! What do you want to see? 🤔🤗
great looking night stands and trimming work for windows and bedroom floor edges. But sorry not as practical as bought stands with pull out drawers but has great recognition that you built them with live edge timbers. Getting great use from table saw.
Thanks Keith! There’s definitely something to be said about making something yourself. The price is usually our driving factor. Plus in our budget, all bought stands are cheaply made particle board junk. We all hope you are having a great week! 🌲❤️😊
That’s awesome! I’m too cheap to have someone else work on it 😆. These older tractors are surprisingly easy to work on! Just a little time consuming trying to find parts… that’s why old timers had old non running ones in their “bone yard.” Built in used parts store! 😂
😂 Yes! At least they are relatively easy to work on!? I always have the phrase “do I have spark? Do I have gas?“ in my head…. 😆 We hope you have a great day Steve!
They’re aprons. They tend to get picked on and some of the other hens will pluck out their feathers so it’s to keep their backs protected and let the feathers regrow!
TRACTOR WARNING: sometimes I think God let’s you see things so you can help others. About three years ago a dear friend of my husband’s die from his old tractor flipping over on him. He was a hobbyist to these old tractors and one day his was trying to pull up a stump with his tractor. please be careful not to do the same. The weight on these old tractors just isn’t distributed in a way that would work correctly pull things on every pull. Love your channel ❤
Thank you so much for the warning! I (Ted) had a coworker who lost her dad due to a tragic tractor accident. 😢 I have been driving tractors like this one since I was a little kid, so I am very comfortable on them, but I know accidents can happen! We appreciate your comment more than you know! Hope you have a great day!! ❤️

😂 Yes! At least they are relatively easy to work on!? I always have the phrase “do I have spark? Do I have gas?“ in my head…. 😆 We hope you have a great day Steve!
Wait...what? What was on those two hens?
I have been driving tractors like this one since I was a little kid, so I am very comfortable on them, but I know accidents can happen! We appreciate your comment more than you know! Hope you have a great day!! ❤️
