    This proves you don't need all the gym equipment. Great video that proves you don't need all the unnecessary talking, just a well made video. This shows you can pound all muscle groups or have lite days with one machine. I rate this as the World's best video and best equipment EVER!

    Great ideas. I just started using the landmine for belt squats. You can load 300lb and no loading on the spine, which was a problem for me since my lower back is an issue.

      I agree 100%. It is still not much used unfortunately. Super versatile and shoulder/back/knees friendly if used properly.

    Just got my Landmine setup tonight. Gave these all a try. The overhead squats won't be on my list but loved all the others. Unreal how many upper body areas this hits. Thanks for putting these together in one video.

    Excellent summation and to the point. Practically all exercises I can think of and then some.
    Only missing are some variants to side lateral raises. For that up out away movement you can't get with dumbbells or cables.

    Sir new to land mine workouts,I have an attachment on order,that’s why I’m here,to learn. Great great vid.Im sure I’ll be watching again several times to get the exercises into my short term memory.That Russian twist seems to be a killer can tell it will be a favorite.Thanks for sharing.

    Good vid, thanks. Lots of shoulder pressing but I'd say some of those could have been labelled as incline presses..

      Greg, many thanks for your comment. You are correct, most of shoulder presses here are within the incline category and in fact this is big advantage of the Landmine over DB or BB that it allows people with not optimal shoulder mobility still press over head in a safe manner.

      You can do both, what ever you find more corresponding with your needs. Both hands are typically easier, while one hand involves a lot more stability in your core and shoulder.

      Stephen: most of this variants are either progression or regression. For beginners 2 hands will be probably the most beneficial and as the control rises switching to one have would be advised.

    I will be training by myself in the low ceiling basement , can I just do Landmine full body workout as my only routine?

      Thank you for your question. The selection of tools is less important than selection of movements. You probably could find couple of other training equipment useful but if you want to use only landmine you can perform efficient whole body workout. You can check some other videos on this channel showing example full body circuits.

    Amazing Landmine workouts, finally I'm burning up my mid section and the after burn is blasting excess fat from all over, I make this a part of my routine if I don't do anything else, even better than my kettlebells, one workout made me a believer in the landmine routines.

    This landmines dosent damage the barbells? I have a black zinc coated bar and i want to buy a landmine too but it crossed my mind that it would destroy the coatimg from all those up/down and side to side movements.

      Hi Aexoero V, good point. I use standard bars and never have to worry about the bar coating. There is obviously a chance you might get some scratches here and there from the landmine, although it will also depend on the quality of the product you buy. One way to work around it, would be to dedicate a separate bar for the landmine, perhaps not too expensive and uncoated. Since you won't be probably doing classic Oly lifts on it you don't necessary need a perfect spin either. The other think to consider along this line is that if you at some point decide to get an extra holder for the T-Row and such, you will have a metal attachment from the other end and you will face the same issue.

    For skinny guys This is the best equipment to gain athletic performance + muscle gains. nothing was working for me, i was training hard but my body was just getting stronger and not growing proportionally. But then i started using this piece of equipment and damn i got obliques and good shredded physic like MMA fighters.

      Yes, I can. I just don't see a reason to waste such a great piece of equipment on a movements which can be done with literally nearly anything. But, yes, you can do biceps on it too.
