Great ideas. I just started using the landmine for belt squats. You can load 300lb and no loading on the spine, which was a problem for me since my lower back is an issue.

Excellent summation and to the point. Practically all exercises I can think of and then some. Only missing are some variants to side lateral raises. For that up out away movement you can't get with dumbbells or cables.

Greg, many thanks for your comment. You are correct, most of shoulder presses here are within the incline category and in fact this is big advantage of the Landmine over DB or BB that it allows people with not optimal shoulder mobility still press over head in a safe manner.
You can do both, what ever you find more corresponding with your needs. Both hands are typically easier, while one hand involves a lot more stability in your core and shoulder.
Stephen: most of this variants are either progression or regression. For beginners 2 hands will be probably the most beneficial and as the control rises switching to one have would be advised.

This landmines dosent damage the barbells? I have a black zinc coated bar and i want to buy a landmine too but it crossed my mind that it would destroy the coatimg from all those up/down and side to side movements.
Hi Aexoero V, good point. I use standard bars and never have to worry about the bar coating. There is obviously a chance you might get some scratches here and there from the landmine, although it will also depend on the quality of the product you buy. One way to work around it, would be to dedicate a separate bar for the landmine, perhaps not too expensive and uncoated. Since you won't be probably doing classic Oly lifts on it you don't necessary need a perfect spin either. The other think to consider along this line is that if you at some point decide to get an extra holder for the T-Row and such, you will have a metal attachment from the other end and you will face the same issue.

I will be training by myself in the low ceiling basement , can I just do Landmine full body workout as my only routine?
