The main intro/outro riff for If I Could Be A Constellation (the second song) actually doesn't need the E string. In fact, one of the guitarists behind the show did a guitar playthrough for the song. He even cuts the E string off and uses the same kind of can to play the slide solo.

the moment Bocchi grabbed the bottle and played a slide guitar solo absolutely made my day. I play guitar too and I love playing with a slide, but to see her pull off a Guthrie Govan and use the bottle as a slide when she broke her string was just beautiful writing. Love this anime!
The guitarist who arranged If I Became a Constellation plays it on RUclips with the original vocals and backing bass, drums and rhythm guitar on recording.
