I think you’re getting closer honestly but remember not only self cleaning properties are important. This product needs to be safe to use it on weekly washes. Safe for trim and window seals, also you don’t wanna get damage wheels and rims it might strip waxes but it’s OK, don’t focus on the smell just make something safe
pH 9.5 on this one - pretty safe for weekly washes
@@autodetailingpodcast perfect if it removes 98% of the road grime leave it like that also you gotta test it with hot water makes something safe and effective and you’ll have a client for life
Yup - still lots to test. But that’s why I love these vids. I get new ideas on ways to test it
It would be nice to try the final product with regular tap water available at home. Does hardness or chlorine in the water affect the product then.
Received my order tried on half of my vehicle will email you on my experience with that keep up the great work 👍👊
4:09 Music too loud.
yeah, Jimbo, hire pro for that, if you DIY...
I need to try this 💪🏾💪🏾
Lol at the beginning 🤣
Keep up the testing and adjusting, you’ll get where you want to be
Looking good Jimbo!💯💪🏼
Thanks
I’m with you on this
Thanks !!!!!
Interesting to see, hope it meets your requirements
Getting there first sure
Interesting . Foam looks great . A couple thoughts . Pre rinse vs not rinse pre rinse would remove say 80% or more of the junk on the car but wouldn't it also dilute the product a little ? Probably not enough to worry about but ... where as no pre rinse leaves much more junk but the soap works directly on it . Just my 2 cents . Keep up the great videos.
Yup totally. That’s why I’m testing both. To see which would be best to recommend.
I've no doubt that you'll get there with this product. Actually, you seem to there now. Get it to the U.K. and I'll be using it.
Side note: watch the music, it was drowning you out.
agreed! Thank you!
Jimbo. I live here in Utah and I honestly can't wait for this soap. After these winters I'd need a soap with this type of cleaning properties. Although I will always contact wash my cars because thats just me. Keep it up!
Awesome! Working hard on this one. It can also be used as a contact wash for even better results
happy easter Sunday!!! tell the owner no more car wash tunnels ha ha, I have a really good test vehicle for your product, my truck hasn't been washed for 3 months or more. been through 3 or 4 rains, 3 or 4 wind storms, all kinds of spring pollen has been out like crazy, she's a nice dirty pig for ya , just waiting for you to come out with your wash.
That would be great!
@@autodetailingpodcast Guess I'll have to head down from Vegas one of these next couple weekends.
Is there a video on how you set up your pressure washer. I kind of like how you have to in a cart.
Here ya go: ruclips.net/video/YIcNOK3fhsM/видео.htmlsi=PJli26eFxT6E1qHC
Thanks!!
Almost there-let’s keep those tests going. Low 60s here in Metro Boston today which means pollen is coming and twice weekly washes (especially fast ones) are on the agenda. Nobody likes green cars. Nobody. Hey-what’s the story on the tire glaze???
Thanks for doing this.
Multi purpose shine coming within the next week. Just gotta finish the launch video
Good to see. When done hopefully safe on bare aluminum, i think that's the TEST! Washchems is the King of Single product washing (at least in USA) And their's will streak aluminum.... u can bet i'll be buying a quart of yours to Test... i have 4 other TOUCHLESS systems in my cabinet as we speak. It will be a great video! Cant wait!
I should have you test it when I think I’m ready to go to market with it.
@@autodetailingpodcast I'd be honored!
Doug is that the Stars & Stripes products?
I like Jimbo and like seeing his new products, but Chem-x's Stars and Stripes is going to be a tough one to beat.
@02reaper indeed the Best Touchless on the market currently and Bob is improving them.... Can't wait to see the finished products from Chem-X. I'm hopeful that Jimbo can pull off a Great single product touchless; it would be cool to see.... 👍
Please think about us here in Europe too
Hi, new to this channel, just curious if this will be available in the UK.🙏
Soon. Working hard on it
I’m no expert but I think a lot of the effectiveness of a “touchless” wash has to do with how you spray off the soap. If you were to foam it on and rinse with a garden hose, most of the dirt would stay there. I have found that rinsing from the bottom up and ensuring that the 1kpsi from my pressure washer touches every inch of my truck or car drastically improves the amount of contamination that is removed. The “touchless” soap softens the dirt, but the pressure washer is what removes it.
Maybe you are able to create a product that defies this idea, which would be awesome, but I don’t know how a chemical could be safe for your car but also remove road film without at least 1k psi water.
What is dilution ratio of this batch vs the other batch? Is part product to to 7 parts water? Must test it without DI water since total dissolved solids(TDS) with effect the cleaning power . Needs to be tested on salted cars and the rear end is one of the nastiness sections of a car. I was surprised that pre rinsed side cleaned better then non rinsed side. The pre rinsed side had longer panel adhesion time vs the non rinsed side. Foam amount also effected by GPM(gallons per minute> of pressure washer amount of product and TDS of water and the chemistry of the soap. What is the PH of the product coming out of the cannon is it still around 10 ? Looking forward to the next version.
Yup - 7:1 at 9.5 pH
I want to buy it just for the color.
Awesome video, so this won't degrade a ceramic coating at all and would I be able to use it weekly on a coated vehicle?
Yes. Correct.
@@autodetailingpodcast awesome, are you still working on improvements or will it be up for sale soon?
@@Sean-ij3mi - I need to test it a little more then it will come to market most likely with a pre-sale within the next month or two
