Hey boo. Great install, SLAYED! I love this glue. With the white residue for the foam wrap, if it's alcohol in the formula, it will start to deactivate the glue. The pull test white residue, means the glue may not have been 100% dry and adhered to the LACE itself.
I find that after installing the lace to the glue, using a warm to heat setting on my blow dryer really "melts " that glue into my lace, then I use the cool setting to get that suction effect. I tie it down before doing "adult swoops" (cuz I don't do baby hair either, sis), then do the swoops after letting it set/ melt for about 10-15 min. Let me know if this works for you. Be blessed, sis

I enjoyed your video as my eye makeup and wig attachment are my last points of mastery. I wish you would do some video on securing the back of the wig which seems to ride up on me after several hours. I have Asain hair which is about right since I'm Japanese but combs and so forth just do no hold the back down on my thin hair. I suppose it's better than pulling on a slip or a girdle but it would be nice to hear some other solutions.

Wig confession….the first time I wanted to try the bald cap method…I did not allow myself enough time to install so I just laid the wig on my hair and went out with my sister and cousin: long story short…start of the night I walked in the room and all eyes were on me…by the end of the night all eyes were still on me because I got so drunk I took my wig off my head and was fixing it at the bar while flirting with this fool.😂😂😂😂since then I’ve learned to take my time but I know there is a video somewhere lurking of my ass stroking my wig at the bar before my sister, my PIC….swooped in and pushed me to the bathroom to place my wig on my head. Im thinking the white cast may have appeared because the adhesive wasn't completely dried. Once lace is laid use the blow dryer to dry the area more then baby hair and tie down.

I loved this, thank you SOOO MUCH! It was very helpful for me, as I am installing my first lace front wig tonight. I'm very fair, and just desperate for it to NOT have any edges show. I lost my hair to illness, and I just feel positively...disfigured without my long hair. It's hot and humid in South Mississippi, so sweatproof was a must. I did get this glue for that reason, so I'm just hopeful I can do this all by myself. I do have to ask since I do work outside, in a sub tropical climate, is the stocking cap absolutely necessary? It's already hot and sticky, do I HAVE to use a cap? I'm bald under the wig, so no real hair to have to contain under there. Maybe you address this in another video, so I'm going to look at your other videos. If you have time to answer my questions, I would be very grateful. Cheers!

Thanks for the tips! I'm using Bed Head on my full lace wig, but as a beginner it can be time consuming before I go to work 😩 I was wondering if there's a way I don't have to glue a wig everyday lol
I got some cheap ($5) wig tape from Amazon. I use alcohol to clean my forehead, apply the tape to the wig, then put it on. Hold it down a few seconds and it won't move for weeks. Spray alcohol on it t remove the tape.
Pulling loosens the wig and shifts the glue. that is why it turns white it, is not completely dry. I bet if you did the pull test an hour or 2 later it would not do that. The mousse also rewets the top layer of glue. Something in the ingredients may be also in the glues ingredients is my suspicion.
