- I loved the original Spyro trilogy on the ps1. Now, more than twenty years later, I want to look back and talk at you about why I think these games were and still are so magical for kids (and adults.)
This originally started out as a much longer criticism of The Legend of Spyro: A new beginning, but I didn't like mixing the two ideas together. So that video will be coming next. I hope you enjoy them.

Good vid, btw the iron chests won't eventually break after multiple flames. Only with a head charge.
Thanks for watching, and dammit! I was sure I remembered them breaking from fire, but you're totally right. I even went back in to the game to check. I have to pin your comment now to combat my misinformation.
@@KalTheSkeleton ty, maybe it was during the super flame from the fairies or the power ups.
The original spyro trilogy were the first games I ever played and they were a way of bonding with my sister and mom. The spyro games were one of the only games where we all liked them. This video brought me back and for that you got a subscriber.
That's really awesome, and it goes to show how special some of these older games could be. This one comment would be worth making the video by itself.
Man, Spyro was a big part of my childhood. Great video.
Same here, it was an awesome series. Maybe one day we'll get another. Thank you for the compliment, and for watching.
Nice. I've always liked Spyro, and this was a pretty good way of putting why. Good job!
Thank you, I appreciate that.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear you liked it, and appreciate you checking it out.
