How To Recieve Ongoing Contact From Specific Person.
Helpful if:-
- if you are not in contact with your sp.
- if you have contact but its not as much as you want.
How do you create a reality where you receive ongoing contact with your sp?
* Manifesting is really simple. Its a staright forward equation.
* What you predominately believe within, feel as true within is what you create in your outer reality.
-------------------------------------------
To receive ongoing contact from someone what do you have to feel predominately from within?
* Predominately you must feel -
+ They are coming towards you.
+ They are contacting you.
+ Them coming towards you.
+ Their energy coming towards you.
+ Their texts coming to you.
* You must predominately feel that this is true.
-------------------------------------------
HOW DO YOU CREATE A PREDOMINANT
FEELING WITHIN?
* Create it through your imaginal realm your inner realm.inner world.
* You go within and conjure up .
First it could be you thinking and imagining your sp
Texting you, Coming towards you, pursuing you.
* Start thinking about this and feel the corresponding feeling of that would feel like if this was happening right now.
* what it would feel like if your sp was coming towards you.
* It would feel a very particular way.
* It feels very different than them not coming towards you.
* create the imaginal expereince of this happening of contacting,texting, pursuing.
* Ideally you must create a imaginal experince of happening that you are so convinced that its gonna happen then just kind off let it go.
* you can feel like -
+ i know they are gonna contact me.
+ I know they are coming in.
+ I feel them coming in.
+ I know this.
* Then you can just go and do your daily work or what your going to do that particular day.
* Dont worry about it too much.

What happens if you are in a experience where your sp is not contacting you ?
* What typically happens here is your more focused on them not contacting you.
* You are more focused on you feel ghosted.
They disappeared
They are distant.
They are just not around.
They are far away.
* When you focus on this reality, its impressing glue sub-conscious mind and you create this very specific reality in your outer world.
* Only reason this is happening your highly focused on them being distant.
*Manifesting is really simple Its what predominantly alive in you.feel your gonna see in your outer world.
* If you are in this situation of them.being not around,not contacting,distant
* You must transition to a new inner reality.
* A new inner reality is you feel them, think about it, imagine it , visualize it, script it. Whatever works for you.
* You just feel them coming towards you.
* Ideally you land in a state where you know with so much certainity .
+ This is coming towards you.
+ This person wants contact with you.
+ This person is always reaching out to you.
* When you focus and practice this this is what you will manifest and your outer reality will be mirrored to you in the same manner.
* Always shift your inner reality.
*Once you land there in your felt experince them contacting you.
* Then you can use your outer world to keep it happening.
* When your manifestation has come in you must pay attention yup its coming in and focus on outer reality keeps it coming in by focusing on desired result you want.
* Once your manifestation comes you can use your outer reality to keep more of it coming.

My SP and I are back in each other’s lives. And the whole thing so amazing. Things that I had tried to manifest months ago, are coming to fruition now. Are we officially back together as a couple? No. And I know that it is going to happen, but I don’t know when. And, most importantly, I’m okay with that. I’m at peace with that. It helps to come back to these videos in order to keep myself grounded and to always remember how I got to this point in the first place. Thank you for this and all of your wonderful videos. And, if anyone has any doubt in their mind, remove it as best you can, keep chipping away at that doubt until it’s all gone. It took me almost a year, but I’m here, and I knew this time would come, and it’s amazing.

I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost 6 years we knew we wanted to marry each other after a few months of dating. It’s been a little less then a month with us not together but I know are bond is restrengthening and I will be back in his arms very soon. Thank you, Shelly! I am in an LDR with a 3P involved. We have our messaging protocols and usually I get a morning pic of him when I wake up and check my phone. However he has days when he doesn't do that and I become anxious in the morning and that fades over the day and in the evening i am well. I know he is worked hard but his job, family and the 3P and can't message every day, but this make me feel worried that I lost him. I keep moving from thos 2 states anxiety when I think he chose the 3P and is ignoring me and calmness when I tell to myself that he is just busy and will contact. I don't know how to keep staying only on the good and positive side to keep him manifested back and not being hot and cold in cycles.
Practice the end result. That's the only way.
