From manifesting my SP, removing the 3rd party and living happily, I’ve been on this journey and it’s paying off. Every time I listen to you, I get something new and feel a little different and more capable. Even though I’m with my SP now I still come here. We practically living together now and I’ve been waiting for him to talk about him letting his apartment go as he hates going there now, he’s always at my place but now I have a different idea. I think I can start a story of marriage, we’re good together. Thank you Shelly, keep doing your thing.

@@tafadzwamaura2161why would you feel guilty for removing a 3rd party? If I believe I'm supposed to be with someone and truly love them, a 3rd party needs to go!! They're not supposed to be there!! At least not in my reality! I'll be getting a 3rd party to disappear... Like *poof! Be gone!*!! Cuz he doesn't love her, he loves me... He's just acting out of his own pain and trauma... ❤️🩹
Good indicator that you have let go of the “old story”, you feel at peace , you feel love , calmness , your automatic thoughts are that of the “new story”.
That’s been my experience anyway.
I talked to my SP for hours this morning! I haven't heard his voice in so long. I'm so thankful for getting his call! He told me he loves me and misses me. We live in different states. He wants me to move in with him. I have circumstances that keep me from living in his state with him and the same for him. I'm letting go of all the circumstances and the old story and now I'm living in my new story that he is already living here with me! Keep persisting in your new story everyone and I promise you all will get movement! Love and light to you all!

I always say, my SP would never hurt me.

You're manifesting hurt by saying that. Dont use negative words. Better to say my sp will always protect my heart.. or something similar

How to let go of the old story that you are still carrying about your specific person .
Why I still ruminate the old story ?
Why I still feel hurt ?
Why we should release the old story .?
* Whatever we think, feel, believe and ruminate that shapes and moulds who we are , the perception of our reality .
* What are predominantly thinking , memories we go back to shape our manifestation.
* if manifesting a sp and we go back and think of the old things , we impress the subconscious and we manifest the same story .
* example they hurt me in past then we attract the same
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
1.) When we start to think or ruminate the old story and if does not makes you feel good
* Immediately transfer to new thought
* This is all about training yourself into new pattern
* When we train effectively we easily go back through new memory .
* If your alone just make a motion with your hands and redirect yourself to new story .
* easy way to implement this :-
To a new thought /new story .
+ Example- you have a thought your sp ghosted you and it’s not feeling good .
* and if you feel this in your reality , and you have a go to thought to make you feel a relief about this situation.
* a very Potent way is to write it down , to script it.
* when you write it down you sink it in Little Deeper
* Have a go to thought - they feel bad about that.
They were acting on their wounds .
They never wanted to hurt me .
They don’t like to hurt me.
* Have a journal with you . Train yourself .
* Push the old thought and immediately gather new thoughts .
* It’s difficult but with practice and effort it will be easy .
* Just refuse and cut it out .
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
2.) Write down many new thoughts that bring you relief about your sp.
* Story that makes you feel good about your sp .
* the story that involves you and your sp.
* particular thoughts on them that makes you feel good, better .
* it’s okay if you can’t land in end result .
* If you can land then it’s okie .
* just explore your very particular thoughts that make you feel better
+ They like me having around.
+ They think about me
+ they miss me
+ They are attracted to me.
+ They are coming towards me.
+ I am super special to them .
+ they are already coming towards me.
* You can have a lot of affirmations that make you feel happy and feel the end result .
* Relief , wanted , cared for and loved by your sp this all your trying to feel .
* what to do is with this list , you can revisit when you have negative thoughts .
* don’t just mindlessly read it , your relief should go deeper .
* feel the truth of the affirmation.
* Take a moment to see if it’s bringing relief .
* Go one by one into the affirmation.

3.) If you still in the phase of needing to change the old story .
What’s mostly likely is happening is
The practice deep knowing of end result is not anchored within you yet.
* You have not practiced enough and the old story is not swayed away still because of your dominant belief system .
* The way to change the dominant belief system is - practice the new thoughts , new inner reality.
* To master manifestation it’s all about practice .
* Practice the new inner reality and trusting the new inner vision is the current reality.
* if it’s on surface level it won’t make any difference.
* Close your eyes go into a deep vision .
* Look how it feels when you are together over and over . And it will feel normal at the end .
* It blends with outer reality .
* It’s not like your looking with eyes but it’s the feeling of it .
* It’s just practice of living in the end , go there over and over again .
* Just practice it’s the key to manifestation.
* once you live in the end you stop being swayed with old reality , old story .
* Cause you know the truth that you will be together .

Re-Writing the old story and adding/imagining a favourable outcome to it - helps you to know and allow that you are creating a story that you want , while also helping you to erase and reduce the wounds /irritation that came with the old story.
Your tips in the video: transfering to a new story/thought, thinking of affs that give you relief, rewriting the story assuming that they did what they did coz they're acting out of their wounds/they don't like to hurt me - are very helpful Shelly😁❤️

We’ve pushed each other away before. 😄 When it happens I usually have a day or two of grief and questioning, but then I reject that response and fall directly and consistently into celebration mode - celebrating my life, the richness of my relationships, the beauty that surrounds me everywhere, and what I love about him.
I make a daily list of “ten things I love about…..” on a purple index card (in my universe purple is the color of love 💜). The lists sit in a stack on the corner of the coffee table, and I periodically stop to read today’s list. The feelings are all warm and fuzzy ones. I keep this up while I wait for us to get back together. I know we’re getting closer to that point where we trust each other enough to stop pushing away. I’ve written about it from many lovely directions, and well……I just know. Kindness and trust are called for as we work through to retuning. 💜

Thank you so much for this video!! ❤️🙏🏼❤️ I was having such a hard time with letting go of the past hurts by my SP & therefore wasn’t able to manifest anything regarding him. It wasn’t until I realized I didn’t want a “2nd chance” with him, but a “new” relationship that I was able to put the past I’m the past. I also started thinking of him in a new positive way. Whenever I start to feel the negative thoughts come in, I immediately start feeling the new relationship & how wonderful it is. I’ve been saying a lot of self-love positive affirmations which I know has helped me raise my vibrations. Just this morning after being blocked for weeks, he unblocked me on his phone. My heart was filled with gratitude & I made sure to thank the Universe. Thank you again!!!
how do you know he unblocked you on the phone?
@@SensualBrunette ... because he texted me & I replied. We have iPhones & it lets you know when the text was delivered. If I was still blocked, it wouldn’t give me a delivered status.

I agree, when I’m more into my inner world and my inner conversations I experience a sense of peace and happiness. So my goal is going back to that as much as I can. Because it feels good.
I feel better reading the affirmations I created through scripting than affirming them in my head alone. It gets me closer to the feeling of it already manifested and it helps me focus on what I want to visualize.
I always do the first one! Since we are all wearing mask no one knows if im talking to myself loud 😂 i was like NOPE!!! He deeply loves me! Nope 👎 i do scripting too and write what i want for us and feel about us! 😊

Thank you for this! I’ve been so much more aware of my thoughts and when I’m ruminating in the old story because of you!! I’m able to change my thoughts, feelings and beliefs with regard to my SP. Can you touch on the subject of outside people and their influence? Some of my family members tend to remind me of old hurts/ old story and I’m trying to just change my story about how they feel about my SP as well but it’d be good to have your perspective on this more.

Great video! I don't have a specific person but I have been trying to manifest soul mate love for the past year. I find i have so many fears and worries that I will end up alone. My love life in the past has been really tough. So i am hoping to use this technique to stop all these fear based lack thoughts and replace them with great thoughts/affirmations that epic love is for me. I would love any suggestions for affirmations that I can use to change my negative thoughts/feelings and stop being scared?!

I always heard that self-love is important but I never really knew how to do that until I found your channel. Love your videos. :) Could you do a video about separating self-love from selfishness? I think I've been conditioned into believing that doing things for myself is selfish and my loved ones are more important than my needs. When I think about my needs and what I want I worry about being selfish. I have been called selfish in the past.
Anyone telling you that you are not allowed to love and think for yourself is selfish and toxic...Remember that...if you won't love your own self,,,you won't be able to receive and send love to others..

Thanks for this video! A question tied to this is how do we let go of past hurts? How do we forgive? I have had success recently of reattracting my ex back but I am worried that if/when we meet up or reconnect that I’ll have strong resentments for his past transgressions or feeling unloved and rejected by him. I realize I myself created that disconnect and I created third parties with my fears and insecurities but how do we get to a place of feeling trust and forgiveness? Have you done a video on this?
