How to receive commitment from your specific person/new person.?
* This is always a inner game.
1.) If your manifesting a new person
* It maybe easier who comes in with really strong committment to you.
* Reason it can be easier cause you dont have any pre-conceived ideas about who the person is.
* Which means you get fully a chance to construct them in your inner world.
* The way to do this is.
There is 2 components its really important to create inside yourself while manifesting someone who is gonna fully committ to you.
1.) Component is you want to
+ feel who they are energetically.
+ what type of person they are energetically.
2.) Component is
+ You wanna feel what it feels like to be you being committed to from this person.
* Both of the componets are in the imaginal act like for example
You should feel the man who is
- very strong.
- very present.
- focused on you
* whatver you want from them construct it .
* Go inside your inner world
And imagine these two components fully.

2.) If your manifesting a specific person and you want to fully commit to you.
* You have to take your attention off who they have been to you up until this point.
* A.) If your with a sp who at a certain point was very committed to you.
+ Easy thing for you is to focus on the memories how they were when they were committed to you.
+ There is a particular way your relationship felt when the sp was committed to you.
* By using your memories you can manifest that type of memories with the sp again.
* B.) If your sp you haven't been in a relationship before or havent had the experience of being them committed to you. What you want to do is.
* Construct a inner reality where you see, feel and experience this person being totally committed to you.
* You have to decide what commitment feels to you means to you
- my man is present.
- he is clear.
- he is here.
- all of his attention is on me.
- he is focused on me.
- he is really strong.
- he is fully into me.
- i feel all of his energy coming towards me.
* If this what a committed man feels to you then construct this inner experince this person being with you. How you want them to be.

* You need to take the attention off from what is happening with them now.
* That's the trickiest part.
* how they are with is your manifestation of how you thought and felt about them up until now. This point.
* if you want to construct a new experince with them, interact with you in a whole new way then you need to feel them.being a different person.
* You need to feel them. How it is recieve them being a different person
* You need to feel your sp coming in with total commitment to you.
* being totally in love with you.
* choosing your entierly.
* practice this impress your subconsious mind with this truth.
* once you done completely saturated in the feeling this is how they will show up to you.

This time is different, I feel you're being part of my awakening! I'm just manifesting him through memories I felt so loved, it's true at times I get insecure thinking where is he, who is he with, why he hasn't text me yet, but instead of approaching him now I connect with my inner self

Hi Shelly. I’ve been watching your videos for about a month now. Literally the day before you posted this topic I was struggling with my current reality vs living in the end. My sp is in my life and showing up in some ways but not in others so I struggle with ignoring reality and getting my feelings in the right place. You said in the video it’s tricky and that could not be more trie! It’s almost easier when they’re not in your life bc you have no evidence to compare it to. It’s a struggle and I also struggle with the concept of Everything is me pushed out. I can see evidence of that in some aspects but in other ways it’s still confusing to me. I’m going to listen to more of your videos on that and any other tools you have to ignore the current reality would helpful. Thanks for all the work you put into this channel. I’m learning so much!

This is a prime example of using the “revision” technique that Shelley posted about yesterday. If you want commitment from someone who thus far hasn’t given it to you instead of trying to ignore the aspects of your current relationship that you don’t like when you think on them or conversations you’ve that make you feel negatively the idea is to try and find a positive feeling instead when you look back on past thoughts about your lover. Bcuz it’s the negative feelings you hold that prevent him from being what you wanted in the first place or prevent him from shifting to what you want. You don’t need to ignore or even try to convince yourself that those negative things didn’t happen. If you can find a way to feel love about those individual past events the current relationship will shift. I’ve done this and continue to do it...with lovers, co-workers, family members it doesn’t matter. All of those relationships break down bcuz YOU were out of alignment and when you think about past events you remain negatively focused or out of alignment. For example, if you and your current guy had a conversation, say a mont ago, about his lack of commitment and you felt really bad after it. So much so that whenever you think about that conversation now you still feel bad (angry, disappointed whatever). The key is to change how you feel when you focus on that past conversation that’s effecting your relationship currently. When you replay it in your mind change how you felt during it, you can even change what he said. Revise it so that he said he was eager to be committed. Or whatever dialogue you choose. You have the power to change all the aspects of that past conversation so long as you change it so that you feel good when you think about it! If you focus on that positive revised version long enough it’ll become the dominant positive emotion around that topic and then the current manifestation will shift. You can do this with all of the past situations or conversations that have transpired if your goal is to keep your current partner but shift the relationship. Happy manifesting . 😊

Oooohhhh -- this video resonates so much with me right now. I just got out of a relationship last week and I notice that how I felt in that relationship has provided me with such a stronger sense of how I want to feel in a new relationship. It's so clear! I actually look at my breakup as a huge sign that my manifesting is working -- it's so darned exciting! So far I've manifested a whole bunch of opportunities to meet new people. I'm in no rush to manifest a new relationship, but I have this feeling of/knowing that it's coming. And I must say -- I am seriously enjoying your subconscious meditations -- they are so wonderful. I've been listening to a few each day because they just feel so darned good! As always, thank you for all that you do!

I was so hurt and devastated when the last guy who have ghosted me. When i started to watch your videos and told myself that i will try to do it (not so serious at first lol).. Until i started to shift my negative thoughts into positive. I never thought that i would meet a guy (now my boyfriend) in less than 2 weeks after i was ghosted.. I would say that he is so committed and devoted to me.. I'm more positive person now (i was a negative thinker) and i am so happy and feel so loved.
