If you have any doubts etc, this will undo your hard work
I suggest inner child healing and self love vids to cure yourself for 6days, rest on 7th like sabbath day. Then do only vid you need for 1 week, rest on 7th. Don’t keep looking for evidence out there instead know it’s true in your inner world.
Once you reach the stage when you no longer have a burning desire for it and you ‘are full’, you then concentrate only on yourself

I just had to return to this video and leave a great comment. I listened to this audio on Saturday for the first time and actually this was the first time I came across Shelly's channel. I decided I would have practiced the meditation the same day but for whatever reason, I didn't.
Yesterday, Sunday I listened to it for the second time but this time, I did the meditation along with Shelly.

It’s works!! I did this mediation in the morning and by noon my Sp called me out of the blue asking me to go on a date with him! Thank you! It really works! Thanks Shelly!!
That genuinely was so intense once i got past some resistance. Like I had been restarting the first 10-15 mins for about 45 mins before my mind finally committed to receiving this exercise. Then suddenly, I found myself tearing up! Both at the overwhelming feeling of love and security surrounding me and within, as well as a sudden release of past trauma. I feel like a part of me just healed itself and it feels the way people describe that sudden release of emotion stored in the body.
*update: two days later and there’s movement with sp!!! He’s asking to be together after a month of no contact!! He came is really loving and understanding! No seriously Shelly this MUST have been the key. I’ve been affirming for so long without movement that I thought I was doing something wrong and started affirming every hour on the hour. Then I started getting tired of it so I was making me spiral into doubt because not only was there mostly no movement but when there had been it was him going away from instead of towards me. We talked for four hours today and we’re going to see each other the next three days while discussing how to move forward!!!
Update three! Two days into us spending three days together and he’s driven me around to my errands, bought me flowers, macarons,wine, Starbucks and breakfast one day as a gift and yesterday he bought me some Lily Pulitzer clothes and we got back together officially! He’s calling me his babe again, telling me he loves me and repeating all my affirmations to me. He’s even cleared up some things that happened in the past which has helped me release some pain plus some things weren’t even what they seemed! I just had a poor self concept!
Also he apologized for the things that he did do as well and has even given me ways he plans to avoid those things and improve as a partner! This works! Please persist!

Less than five minutes after doing this meditation(for the first time ever) and I hear my text alert go off. I was kind of freaking out thinking that it it couldn’t possibly be from my love. edit2: okay i keep getting questions so imma explain some stuff here. yes it really did work guys but it last for 1 week, we only talked about normal stuff. maybe it wasn't just meant to be. it happened the next day i did but as i said it last for 1 week. you can and should try this. you have nothing to lose. just believe the universe, do things but when ur doing this, think that it already happened. but you should keep trying and keep believing. BTW you can and should try more things like this. i believe that it helps with your results to come faster thank you for reading.i hope this helps a little and i hope this works

This was amazing. I could feel my SP's presence and us smiling and laughing with so much love. Truly emotional. Came across your videos late last week and did a different one. My SP made time for 2 short calls within a short time frame of doing that meditation and admitted to feeling guilty that he hadn't sooner. Tough with him being in the military, so his time isn't his own, but we make the most of it when we can. Finding this has been a blessing, though, and I'll be using this guided meditation regularly, especially in moments when I feel the most disconnected with him. I can definitely say when I think he'll contact me, he usually does and when I think there's no chance he will, it follows suit. Our beliefs and personal truths DO anticipate our paths.

I can feel he provides me so much security and his love is so firm and steady to me, and I am so feminine with him!

Day 4： self love meditation x 1 in the morning
Day 5： living in the end meditation x 2
Day 6-8: living in the end meditation while talking a walk
Day 9: do shelly's manifest your love modules
Day 10: self concept meditation
I listened to three meditations this morning, this one being one of them. Five minutes after my last meditation I get a good morning message from him!!!
