Where I live in Southern Oregon, the horseradish capitol of the world is in Klamath Falls. If you're not growing your own you should investigate a horseradish grown in a place that favors it. Not a hard vegetable to grow - takes a few years.

Traded the walnuts for cannellini beans for less fat and used just a bit of water. It’s not as rich without the nuts but the taste is still there! Thanks for the recipe as I have always loved horseradish but since meat is now out of the question I can still enjoy it.🎉

I want to be in that kitchen RIGHT NOW! So glad I have your Warrior Woman cookbook to refer back to after I've hit the grocery store this coming week for some prepared horseradish. btw, back when I was still eating seafood and dairy, I used to spread horseradish sauce on my Tuna Melts. Now I'm thinking about chickpea untuna salad, vegan oil-free cheezy sauce and that horseradish.

Yay, I have a slightly ancient jar of horseradish I can finally finish! FYI, I like to keep 'wasabi' powder on hand to mix up when I make nori wraps... but I recently found out it is actually just powdered horseradish tinted green. Still good, and a workable convenient option in place of the jarred stuff. REAL wasabi is pricier and harder to come by outside of Japan where it is mainly grown.

Fairchild''s Organic Raw & Unfiltered - the only thing that should be in ACV is apples. Bragg's, after their purchase by Katie Perry and assoc, add water to water it down. Lots of others also do that as well.

I seriously watched the WHOLE thing ready to see where Jane was rude because I watch these ALL THE TIME….never ONCE was she rude to her mom. They play off each other perfectly and have a loving and respectful relationship….and Id venture to say that if Ann thought for a moment Jane was rude her sassy personality would call her out. She’s definitely NOT a push over. I love these two.
