Coercion tactics & torture makes the victims confess to support their story. Then judiciary takes years in case hearings & the victim remains guilty & in jail without proof. Most dont even get judicial hearing & lifelong remain in jail.

India police very rarely investigates murder or any crime or even terrorism. They find a suitable victim to park the blame & then build the story around it. Coercion tactics & torture makes the victims confess to support their story.
Then judiciary takes years in case hearings & the victim remains guilty & in jail without proof. Most dont even get judicial hearing & lifelong remain in jail.
