Sir, the example you have given is a bit confusing. You are saying, inspite of 'hard working'. Actually it is an adjective, which should not be preceded by any preposition. I think it should be working hard. Otherwise, your lecture is very nice. I am an English teacher like you from Bangladesh. Wish you all the best.
