Trailmakers is about building very awesome vehicles and machines, but you don’t need an engineering degree to get started. The intuitive builder will get you going in no time. Everything you build is made from physical building blocks. Each block has unique features like shape, weight and functionality. They can be broken off, refitted and used to build something new. Individually the blocks are fairly simple, but combined the possibilities are endless.
Expedition Mode is the challenging campaign mode of Trailmakers. You are competing in an off-world rally expedition with only a few building blocks to get you started. You must build, tinker with and rebuild your machine to progress. Journey through a big world, overcome deep gorges, angry wildlife and dangerous weather to progress and find new parts that will juice up your machine. The world in Expedition Mode will test your survival skills and ingenuity.
Sandbox Mode is where you want to head for an unrestricted, sandbox, vehicle-building experience. Here you can build anything you can dream of, and play around with it in the world of Trailmakers. It is a great place to test out crazy machines, and experiment with the physics engine. With tons of different blocks, hinges, thrusters and interactive vehicle parts - the skybox is the limit.
Trailmakers is even more fun if you play it with other people. Build cool vehicles and compete in mini-game modes with your friends or other Trailmakers online. Build a helicopter, send it to your friend, and shoot them out of the sky. Put two seats on a tank, and let your friend control the turret. As we get further in Early Access development Expedition Mode will also be adapted to multiplayer.

This would be cool for a multiplayer monday: like cops and robbers where there's two cops and one robber the two cops have the explosive spike strip and must drive in-front of the robber and destroy him while the robber tries to get to his destination in the fastest time. cops can respawn as many times as they want and the fastest robber wins.

Scrap mechanic suggestion- you should cut out a line at the base just like your deployable bridge in the last survival series of your vehicle so it saves wood so you can make it faster

The phrase "tooting your own horn" likely comes from medieval times, where horns were used in celebration, or to announce the arrival of an important person.
To "toot your own horn" is to play that horn, by yourself, to announce your own arrival or to celebrate yourself, hence why it's considered taboo

your vehicle will be automatically spinning around using the tank steering method..
once your aimed in the right direction, you gotta floor it..
it’s basically a race of luck…
same with thrusters too, you’ll have a flyer that has to go up, but you have to time it with the rotation

I think the a good improvement would be to have the spike strip fall down from the vehicle (don't have a floor on the tube encasing the strip) so that you have less chances for wonky physics to destroy your own car because the strip falls straight down instead of sliding out.

I literally watched the original deployable spike strip video yesterday. At the time I didn't realize that it was already over a year old.

For multiplayer trail makers you guys should have a race where you weaponize your vehicles with anything you want but you can use prebuilt weapons (cannons and whatever else)

I think this just needs to be sneaky thing you add to your vehicle on a MM race day. Explode the opponents without them even knowing you have it. There is many laughs to be had there.
You should make a spy car with all the different gadgets you've made. (Like this spike strip)

Seems like a good multiplayer race - everything goes race. Add as many weapons as you want and race around a circuit without respawning. Last man standing or first person through the finish line wins.

You can ravel some string, and then, with the ravelled string, un-ravel it again.
The string will have been untangled, and then stretched out even further.

Man it’s been awhile (at least I think) since you’ve said delayed annihilation! I was there the day you said it.
Here’s an idea to do with the dynamite: missiles, where you make a vehicle with a holding place for “missiles” where it’s dynamite infront of a small thruster and you disconnect it to launch it
This could be fun in a race with custom built vehicles but the same spike strip, and you get one chance to use it (per round) to blow up the person behind you
I think you wilk really enjoy front the depths its also a building game and i really liked it there is a lot of differend options aswell

You should try a destruction derby race with smaller deploy-able miniatures of this strip. like a 1-2 piece sticky bomb.
When we realize that we never needed spike strips and just explosives would be enough to do the job. If you explode with or without spikes, you get same result. Hence rendering the spikes useless. what you SHOULD do, is make a 2 tier dropping mechanism, where the FIRST deployment is JUST spikes, and if that doesnt take out enemy THEN deploy explosive strip. Will be a 2 level sequence of attacks, instead of a 2 in 1. BOOM!! NEXT PROBLEM!

Ravel is to unravel what flammable is to inflammable. The only perceptible difference I can see is a/an and some word economy choices, but it means the same thing in the same context.
