That bit at 0:45 is often missed/neglected.
I've had to adjust the strike plates on several safes.

Hopefully they dont take the cardboard box off the safe in the driveway for your neighbors to see what you got goin on.

Yeah I was hoping that was just for the video. Also I don’t want it getting scratched or anything.

My question is how do you evaluate whether a homes floor is going to support the weight of a heavy safe? What is the maximum weight of a safe over a wood floor of a typical house? The pounds per square inch must be a lot of weight for a floor joist type floor...??

Showing up to someones house in a truck that is marked
"Safe Company" ...... or installation crew showing up with Tshirts that say "Safe Company" to someones front door means
    INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION !!!!
Only use plain clothes workers in unmarked vehicles.

Our delivery vehicles meet the requirements for that type of vehicle in WA State which is our abbreviated name (DBA) and our US DOT Number. We employ uniformed professionals that you can trust. We feel it's important for our customers to easily identify who is walking up to their front door and into their home when we arrive to do a safe move, service or delivery. However, there are plenty of uninsured, fly by night companies offering delivery services on Craigslist who will show up in an run down unmarked truck and street clothes if that's your preference ;)

I saw a competitor of yours warn against that.
They schedule a time & date for the delivery in unmarked vehicles with plain clothes installers carrying propper credentials.
Thats the route I'm taking, I don't need my neighbors up in my business.

Anyone who might have seen My Gun Safe being delivered to My home in Adelaide (South Australia) would likely have thought I was having a large black Refrigerator delivered because the Safe company used an unmarked truck with plainly dressed delivery personnel.
I recognise that the situation in Australia is different to the United States, but as a Security Consultant Myself for 18 Years I greatly value My Privacy and Firearms Security.

I really think that vetted is the way to go, and would worry about construction crews coming over.
Most secure way, diy but there is danger of injury and damage. I moved a 700lb safe recently to my friends' place with just the 2 of us, we had the proper equipment and ppe. Was not hard but required proper planning and he is a mechanical engineer. This path is not for most.
over 1000lbs? he would of called NW.
Best advice? bolt it down, dont keep metal cutting blades off your equipment, layer it with fireproof board (to require a change of blades) and make the safe just part of your security system. If its really something priceless, that is why we have secure bank lock boxes.
      just my 2 cents.

Nice showroom . But maybe Sacramento safe is a bit better. Bakersfield has a nice showroom too.

We've been to both Liberty Safes of Sacramento and TNT Safes in Bakersfield. No doubt they are two of the best showrooms in the country. Happy to be compared with them.

No padding between the jack and the safe 🤦‍♂️

By jack are you referring to the Ultralift Hand Truck that we're climbing the stairs with? There's felt padding on the cross bar and frame where the safe body makes contact.
