    Peach compote
    1. Place a cleanly washed heat-resistant glass bottle and lid in a pot with water and heat it.
    2. When the water starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and boil for 10 more minutes.
    3. Remove the bottle and lid and dry them on a dishcloth.
    4. Cut the cleanly washed peaches into appropriate sizes.
    5. Peel the peaches and prepare them.
    6. Add lemon juice to the peaches and mix.
    7. Add water, white wine, and sugar to a pot and boil.
    8. When the sugar melts and boils, turn off the heat.
    9. Add the peaches and thinly sliced ​​lemons and boil over low heat.
    10. Boil for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally (to cook thoroughly)
    11. Put it in a sterilized bottle immediately.
    12. Refrigerate when cooled.
    Peach compote 500ml (2 bottles)
    1120g hard peaches
    15ml lemon juice
    Water 270ml
    White wine 270ml
    Sugar 245g
    Lemon (thinly sliced) 5-6
