This set was send to me by a great "ShedmanX on Instagram".
After a long deliberation the team decided to powder coat it in Mark's favourite colour ( Barbie Pink).
This result couldn't be achieved without my Ultrasonic cleaner. Specially getting the rust out from deep inside the socket.

Those little screw in rivets look like they could come on handy for many projects.............Even Pink Projects.

Well done, yet again! 👍🏼👍🏼 I haven't seen one of these sets for a very long time. They were fairly popular from the late 40's to the late 70's.
What was most surprising is that the set is complete! (I did attach a link to Jaycar Electronics pink tool set. yt sometimes doesn't like these & dumped my comment. All good! 👍🏼🤣🤣 )

Nice refurbishing project. Nice to see you use powder coat to refinish the case off. However, you really need to Nickel Plate the sockets to keep them from rusting again. Not hard to do just watch a few RUclips videos about how to Nickel coat metal tools. As for the Barbie Pink, whatever floats your boat... lol
Hi ,thanks for watching. Yes you right, could have done with some nickel plating. 'Used it at some point in previous videos'. I did put a layer tool protective wax on them. Glad you like the pink 😁😉

All I can say is, Barbie Pink is not boring 🤣. Funny fact, someone mentioned the Jaycar pink tool set and surprisingly I found a lot more pink tools out there than I thought 😅. 💗
