The composer for most of LiSA's songs is Yuki kajiura and you can tell by the guitar scrunch at the end of the second opening, its in alot of her works. Kajiura also made the soundtrack OST for Demon slayer.
You don't remember the second Op simply because you haven't seen it. You probably watched the movie .. so you didn't have to watch the 7 episodes season that summarised the movie before season 3 was released.
