How to reduce video playback Lag in the Hitfilm Express Time Line Editor

This is a very quick video on a very easy way to reduce the time lag and sometimes jerky video playback in the Hitfilm Express time line editor. This is especially useful if you are running a slightly older PC that sometimes struggles with the high demands of this video editing software.
