Obviously a video game but to make it seem more realistic the A380 would have made a couple passes before they would have been given landing clearance. They would have made a low speed pass close enough for the tower to confirm the landing gear malfunction. The pilot also might have asked for clearance to touch and go to apply G forces to try and get the gear to drop and lock. They also could request a block of altitude to attempt a series of dives and pitch up to apply g forces on the gear. They wouldn't just put the gear down and not see all 3 green and go for an immediate landing attempt.

On qualifie trop souvent des gens comme héros, alors qu’ils n’ont fait ce que l’on attendait d’eux après formation. Le pilote avait les compétences et le savoir pour atterrir l’avion. Certainement que de sauver sa peau était tout aussi important que de réussir à atterrir l’avion sans trop de dommages. Qualifie t-on un neurochirurgien de héros parce qu’il a sauvé la vie de nombreux patients grâce à son savoir faire?
