Some of the plane watchers are as bad as the rail foamers. If somebody actually cares about documenting this stuff, just film it and be quiet, nobody wants to hear you sperging out.
The only downside was the two lots of adverts. I've just bought a nasal hair trimmer and made an energy efficient heater for my house using only a plant pot, a canoe and a tealight candle. It makes me wonder what RUclips know about me and how they know it: my nasal hair has been kinda out of control, and it has been rather chilly here of late.
Former Marine, told my nephew I'd give him 2 years in the Air Force before I gave him guff. He sent a pic of him and his crew in front of his B2. I told him, he won.
@@oldfrend Could compensate for that by pointing the nose a little up (or to the left relative to the aircraft in this case) and do that by adding slightly more power to the right engine. @2:00 the pilot over his shoulder view showing the stick as he's wrestling down the 747-8 . This is the view you don't very often see in fact I've never seen it before that was great 👍
I came to say just that! That dude buttered that landing! The amount of input he's putting in, is insane! Truly an extension of his body during those final few feet!
@@bentonroach9528from what I understand, inputs while landing at slower speeds have less effect, so you have to really yank it around to get any reaction from the aircraft?
My worst wind shear experience was coming into Manchester in bad weather and we just dropped like a stone at what must have been around 100 ft. Made it down fine but the pilot definitely worked for it!
Brilliant marketing! 3MoA knows that all he needs to do to add a chatty clip to drive interaction. I'd say he doubles the amount of comments for each video that includes chattyclips.
Was about to say the same. Some of these plane spotters are such no-life losers pretending to be aviation experts when in reality they have nothing else going on in their lives.
@@M4TTFPV Sure, but who are he's yelling to? I mean he wasn't talking to the Tower or anyone. He was just screaming "Emergency!" into the literal wind lol.
do you remember was everyone ok? That was a super hard landing. It looked like the plane's nose was shoved down during the landing, maybe by turbulence?
Thank you for another Year's Aviation. Thanks also to the spotters and peeps who allowed their video clips to be shown on this Channel. It's not possible to watch every 10 or 12 hour stream on RUclips [hands up who else has tried!😁], so 3 Minutes of Aviation provides a valuable service to the community by assembling the best of the best FROM the best for us to enjoy. Everybody benefits when people just... get along.🙂
It's fantastic that aircraft engines are so powerful these days & can spool up so rapidly if there is an abort. I watch these videos because I am an anxious flyer.
can’t believe we are nearing the end of the 2024. Been such a great year and for aviation. I absolutely loved that F15C doing that steep turn in the first clip and 6:07 with the B2. Love this channel
Great footage to round out the year. Thankyou for that, as I have only subscribed in the last few months. Loved that Eagle right at the start. Glad it was more than 3 minutes of aviation.
Sounds like the commentator for the "blown tyre" American Airlines Boeing 737-800 is trying to emulate the notorious Jerry from Big Mouth TV at Heathrow 04:52
The anxiety I feel watching 10 minutes of this was over the top. I feel very good about sitting on my chair watching on a screen instead of in a plane for some odd reason.
Not sure if it's that UK airports have more surface wind challenges or there are more plane spotters at their airports, but a lot of the wild videos shown are taken in the UK!
Lufthansa A380: I am majestic. I am grace. Watch me glide through the air and touch down with butter. Air Nippon Boeing 747: FIGHT CLUB FOR THE CONTROLS, IM LANDING THIS THING, TURBULENCE BE DAMNED!!
well done for best of aviation 2024(now waiting for 2025)!the 747 pilot looked like he was playing a video game... but the air x a340 did not deserve to be there-as why,it is a normal a340 takeoff!
6:37 Did you see the Jubilee clips on the pipe to the right of the pilot of the POV aircraft? In a fighter jet, really? I can hear the beeps of a vario (variometer) too. Could it be a glider? It would probably be too fast for a glider though.
Roll the trucks - emergency emergency emergency. Bet the Captain was less stressed than the chap filming.
and he sounded just like Stan's dad from South Park. ... Tegridy.

New Name: 10 Minutes of Aviation
An early Christmas gift!
@ Fr
Yep more false advertising.
That B2 is otherworldly, what an awesome shot.
the fact it doesn't side slip in a heavy bank like that despite having no vertical stabilizers is wild. wonder what the trick is.
Former Marine, told my nephew I'd give him 2 years in the Air Force before I gave him guff. He sent a pic of him and his crew in front of his B2. I told him, he won.
Though I wouldn't call a T-38 a fighter, but it plays one in training.
Take off the wings and it’s sorta the ship from Flight of the Navigator haha

That 10 minutes of 3 minutes was awesome! Good luck and best wishes in 2025.
Agreed. Not everyone understands my interests in watching planes take off and land

Nice compilation! Now we need Best of Aviation Part 2 featuring Aerosucre. 😉
@cris_261 Surely that would be the _Worst_ of Aviation?!
@polymath9372 best of the worst maybe? 🤔
Lots of really good pilots out there. Hats off to all
Because even the slightly bad ones dont become a pilot
Roll the trucks roll the trucks emergency!!! What a 🔔 end 😂
It sounds like that guy at 'Big Jet' has an American cousin.
I got a laugh out of it.
Been watching this channel for awhile now. Lessons learned by me include never fly into Manchester and never anywhere in South America. 🙂
or anywhere in Japan
My worst wind shear experience was coming into Manchester in bad weather and we just dropped like a stone at what must have been around 100 ft. Made it down fine but the pilot definitely worked for it!
Birmingham is also really bad because of the orientation of the runway with respect to the prevailing wind. Many crosswind landings
Merry Christmas and happy new year. your videos has made my year
That Lufthansa A380 was just beautiful… golden! 🤘🏻❤️
1:40 this is pure skill and reaction speed, is actually insane the amount of anticipation moves he does to keep the plane under control
All while blasting some hefty jungle with his earphones
he was listening to free bird
Top of the year. great work!!
Appreciate it!

His hyperness is a large part of Captain Steven Markovich's appeal - he loves aviation!

Americans.
This just shows how we take things for granted...These people do their job and do it very well!
