I ve got the Steeldive 1940, basically the same watch with different hands (another IWC Pilot homage, as this one is) and its been amazing. Great lume, 200m WR, saffire. I wear it on natos always and its been my beach watch without any fuss. At 99 pounds, it's killer
Holy cow, Pete! This watch just arrived, and it’s amazing! I couldn’t get it for $58 like you, but I managed a respectable $65 in the Aug sale just passed. The quality is really good, and the lume on dial & hands are incredible. Makes me wonder why worse AliExpress watches cost more. Anyway, as usual, I cannot leave well enough alone. I plan to swap in a black date wheel and replace the white second hand with an orange one with lume. You scored the rare double at fault here by pointing me to this watch *and* getting me into modding! 😉👍😁

The black date wheel blended in perfectly with the dial, and the orange second hand added a fun pop of color. However, a couple of weeks ago, I took it out of the watch because I plan to use the movement with black date wheel for another watch build.
Yup, agreed. I got the no text version. No frills. No problem. No steel bracelet tho, which I may get. So far I like it on my green canvas strap. Great review. Can’t go wrong with this inexpensive quality watch!
It's a pretty simple design, but the quality (especially for the price) is great. Most of my watches from Aliexpress have some kind of QC issues. This one has none, has great crown action, good lume and overall really good build quality.
I've got the blue one. No complaints with it at all. Recommend it to anyone who wants this style. Why pay more for Hamiltons etc if this is all you need. Surprised at this lume in a low price watch.
check out the san martin flieger with insane lume! 200m water resistance. sapphire and screw down caseback and crown. comes avail in automatic or swiss ronda quartz that has low battery indicator and yeah this addies is not bad for the price
Ha ha I have the same watch on black leather excellent watch, agree on everything I thought steel belt would be so so, good to hear its good. I have order that seiko (SRPG31) on Nato strap cos seiko steel belt are hollow still on the way.
I wanted to buy it for some time now, but always chose something else, latest example was a buying a DW5600 and postponing the Addies. But I will definitely get it sooner or later, best watch available at that price point. 👏👏
I have to say,I have this and I'm absolutely blown away by how insanely good it is,great lime, understated,classic style,but also rugged and tough enough to take on anything,honestly,I'm left thinking why bother buying anything else?
Just ordered a sterile dial one for £52! Ridiculous price for what you're getting. Threw in a riveted pilot leather strap and yeah, it could be a Stowa/Laco/IWC to the untrained eye

Sounds good Black is versatility right it is ! I only have one watch ( of 33 budget watches) that’s Green/Weekender. I Ordered Black it did make a glint in the 👁 🥴 but I got stuck on the the decisions ! Thank You SIR ! 🤙🏻 Anacortes, Wa.
Got mine today but like every other dam watch they dont fit guys with 8.5 wrist like mine, so add the price of a new band every time I buy a watch. The US is full of large wristed people and not all fat either but they still persist in leaving bands an inch or so too short GRRRR-!!!

That's got some amazing specs for the price point, might just have to grab one at some point in the future.

They run an NH35 so it's a standard turtle style movement. It's a tank, great beater

This is a homage of the famous IWC - pilot mark XVIII
It's actually not,it's simply a generic type A flieger,iwc don't own the design of the dial and many other fliegers use the exact same one
