@@dr.OgataSerizawa Yes I have, and I know the only response is shut up and take your punishment, but that doesnt change the absolutely infuriating sensation of being wronged and not allowed to correct things.
I kind of get them doing that considering there is supposed to be a level of respect on a ship and he had a habit of talking back. But on the other hand I think it's important for people to be able to ask questions of their superiors (or kids of their parents), that's how a person learns, and also your superior isn't always right.
@@sarahberkner The thing is, you are absolutely correct, the officer may in fact be objectively wrong. But unfortunately, the way the military works is, unless its an illegal order, DO IT. There have been a few military movies that cover events that actually happened where you can see it. The captain or lieutenant gets orders from on high, everyone in his squad knows its a terrible idea, but the officer orders them to do it anyways because they cant just go "No sir, I dont think i will obey my superior officer" If they tell you to turn right at a bridge and you know its supposed to be left, you go right, and when you get thrown under the bus for being in the wrong place, you quietly sigh and accept it. Because countermanding a superior officer is long term HELL on his authority. And equally hell on your ability to remain in charge of anything but a mop bucket for the rest of your, probably short, career.
The rest of the scene has him straggling Nelix to death. It was all a hologram program for Tuvok to help control his emotions after mind melding with the murderer on the ship(forget his name).
@@dphorgan Oh, that makes me think people really are too hard on Neelix, this is the only scene where I thought he was particularly annoying (being asked to smile does not make one want to smile), and it's a hologram. I like the scene of Chakotay punching his crewman at the table (handling things like a maquis).
oh man that was such a surprise. they sit down, guy says something, then BAM. haha love chakotay
thats one of my favs! cant believe its not in here
3:26 That's not actually a light moment; I share Tuvok's thinly veiled desire to beat Neelix to a bloody pulp.
Very underrated show
Robert Picardo is such a versatile actor. He was very good in Stargate: Atlantis.
Jerri Ryan has such a beautiful voice, I wish someone would collect all the scenes where she was singing.
"You must've been cute"
"Indeed"
What a chad
The Doctors daydreams were freaking hilarious xD And awkward xD
Splendid work!
Your compilation makes us recall Voyager's episodes.
Appreciate the effort. It made my day...
Thanks Bong! always thought Voyager had more laughs than any other star trek. star trek 4 the movie also had some good laughs!
Randy Reibling Yes indeed! Voyager's humor in many of its episodes are really hilarious.
Star Trek 4, regarding whales :), was a unique one as well!
Thanks, I really enjoyed your creations.
Looking forward in your future works.
Q'pla!
+Randy Reibling 7 of 9 to Harry:" Resistance is futile". Says it all.
15:30 I swear the doctor was the MVP of the entire Voyager trip.
Season 6, Ep 4. "Tinker, Tenor, Doctor, Spy." - The Doctor adds daydreaming to his program.
what's next the Doctor pretends he's James Bond?
at 2:02 that scene actually continues, and the doctor ends up waving in the background trying to get their attention
"Doctor, it's just a LITTLE scratch."
Me: *watches one minute of this*
Also Me: Man I need to rewatch this series again, it's been too long
That moment when tuvok is adding laps I felt so bad for blue boy. That feeling when you feel as though you have been wronged and you JUST want to explain it and they wont let you and ARRRGH! Doesnt even matter if he was in the right or not, its a maddening sensation.
Have you not ever been in the military?
"Divine Intervention is unlikely"
hahaha
“You know, I think I like you better this way.”
12:55 .... A sci-fi making light of 1950s sci-fi serials... HOW can this not have won an Emmy?
I loved Voyager.
"Tuvoc, has anyone ever told you, you're a real freakasaurus!"
Also, Tuvoc vs. Neelix
-- You did a great job with this compilation. Very well done! 👏
"Divine intervention is...unlikely"
14:41 "There is none on deck 9 section 12 who doesn't know when you're having intimate relations."
To allow anyone watching now to skip to it: 14:41
Thank you for compiling this, loved every minute.
Vidian: "According to my readings you're not here"
Doctor: "Believe me - I wish I weren't!"
The doctor singing at 15:06 is the best! What a perfect song!
"Divine intervention is unlikely" became my favorite phrase after watching that episode
It was fun to relive all these scenes! Thank you!
I absolutely love Doctor.
“Divine intervention is unlikely” is still one of my top favorite Star Trek quotes.
17:09 Paris's face describe that whole scene
17:15 "You... are dismissed"
HQ Tornado B'Elana gave up too easy
Moments like these are why I fell in love with Voyager 😀😂😍
"I dunno how to tell you this...but the wedding's off!"
XDXDXD
I have forever loved the massage scene. It always makes me laugh.
Boy do I miss Star Trek. ALL OF THEM.
This was a very comprehensive compilation. Enjoyed!!!!
Can't believe Tuvok let Neelex touch his face like that lol
The rest of the scene has him straggling Nelix to death. It was all a hologram program for Tuvok to help control his emotions after mind melding with the murderer on the ship(forget his name).
@@dphorgan His name was Sulon, played excellently by Brad Dorrif.
His name was Sudor
@@dphorgan Oh, that makes me think people really are too hard on Neelix, this is the only scene where I thought he was particularly annoying (being asked to smile does not make one want to smile), and it's a hologram.
He's not a good-looking character or a good cook but I don't think he's that annoying normally.
That unmistakable voice! Tony Todd!
"before you go you could download your subrutines into my database"....I love it when holograms talk dirty
´God dammit Doc you weren´t supposed to be a Playboy....
1:49 This moment is gold. The doctor really saved the show.
I laughed through the whole video. I had almost forgotten how many funny moments there were on Voyager.
Thanks for that! That was the nicest comment of all. I watched the whole series from beginning to end and wrote down the time and episode every time it made me giggle. Not sure what motivated me to make the video but glad that I did!
My favorite part was the Doctor singing to Tuvok during his Pon Farr 🤣
@@dee_mcgee11 I like when the doctor leans over nelix and says I'm not going to kiss you and nelix says, I'll try to contain my disappointment. Hahaha
14:00 I like how they wear their comm badges on their jam jams.
OK, I'm half way done and I'm dyin' here!! Excellent choices.
"Intruders among us!" "Getting dressed?"
