Hint: keep shooting the missiles behind you repeatedly to boost the tank's speed. Just make sure the roads are clear, it con sometimes lead to hazardous traffic obstructions and sometimes busts. Sometimes it's more chance than skill, but it's worth the whole nonetheless.
