At 6:20, I would have stolen the tank, drove off toa nearby garage, and save the game. Those things are fun to use when doing vigilante missions.

it's the programming of the game, in san andreas and IV the walking is mroe realistic but it takes forever to walk somewhere, in vice city the game engine is less advanced so tommy walks and runs faster than cars and runs a whole block in a few seconds
You should do it in the new remaster
Seem to recall 3 stars is where the choppers get brought in, 4 they call in the SWAT Team, 5 calls in the FBI, and 6 calls in the army. Can't seem to recall 1 or 2 stars since I only ever saw this kind of thing either on RUclips, or when one of my relatives played the game and kept causing trouble just for the hell of it.
The song at 0:07 to 0:28 is "Call Me" by Go West.

The Red Hearted Traffic Light Both GTA IV and GTA V are still good games... especially GTA IV...it's my favorite, Vice City is also good in it's own way...but San Andreas has better gameplay.

this looks pretty pixelated for a ps2/3 version. i mean normally when i play it theres more shadows and its kinda darker and stuff. hard to explain. on pc its more of a sharper image and everything is bright and more colorful then on consoles.. played gtas on my laptop and ps3 for a long time

Matthews Arcade You can get it if you complete Phills asset. So you have to do the missions first. Then you can buy it at phills place.

I got 6 stars and killed a bunch of soldiers using only a chainsaw once...:) easier than you'd think as it is pretty much instakill even on the army, and it can coax them out of tanks when they just ram and refuse to leave.
