"Piers had British roots 100 years ago" is a wild statement lmaoooo, I used to be a collector, but I liquidated my collection to venture into real estate. In January, I acquired homes in Malibu for $34 million, and the returns on investment far exceed what I earned as a collector.
How did you grow your portfolio to $34m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum in the bank, the rates are not impressive so I'm moving it, whats your cash flow like?
I think the greatest thing about these videos is it makes you feel like you’re just chillin with someone who has a lot of knowledge about watches and watch history. Funny, entertaining and informative!
Immediately after watching this, I downloaded and watched “A Beautiful Mind” for the first time. Dammit, Nico! What an amazing film! Thanks for turning me on to that.
My friend lived in Schaffhausen and he told me the place was bombed because of a ball bearing factory there, not watches. The bearing would have more of a strategic use more than a watch.
Please get with the Goonsquad guys (automotive) they’re buying watches and just help them make good choices. It’s awesome that they’re doing luxury watch giveaways but just help them not get taken for a ride…also it would make an interesting collab video!
14:05 Actually... he looks a lot like the James Bond described in Ian Fleming's books. According to Fleming, Bond has short, tousled hair, with a face marked by scars and injuries from his secret agent profession. Bond is also portrayed as someone who drinks and smokes a lot, which affects his physical and emotional health.
Hey guys i need some oppinions and advice about Jaguar watches , i want to buy one that it looks beatiful to me ( Jaguar Executive Diver J988/1) , but i dont find almost anything about that brand online.
Apparently, and I got this from a bloke in Mappin and Webb the other day, that Hublot RM rip off didn’t actually rip off RM. Apparently that came out before RM took that shape, or Hublot were doing it first on another watch. Still can’t stand Hublot either way
Bro Nico, This is a future video suggestion. As boys we really love the mechanical waches and see how they works and appreciate the view of how this miniature gears and coils works. So hit us with a video of best skeleton watches to buy without going broke .
He said British. Scotland is a part of Britain so Connery doesn't count and Wales is also a part of Britain so Dalton doesn't count. Only lazenby and Piers weren't British everyone else is.
These videos are so clever and interesting at the same time. I just spit my coffee out at one of Nico's comments when I laughed. The interaction between Nico and the "voice" is perfect.
I'm a big fan and I had my work newsletter come out recently and your picture was in it with my boss. I had previously complimented my bosses Daytona, he said it was borrowed. Fair play. I'm just gutted I wasn't there. Next time tell them I need to be there hahaha!
Since 'A Beautiful Mind' your favorite movie took place and was made one hour south of NYC (by train or car) in Princeton, NJ, you should should visit when cross the pond. Oh, much of Oppenheimer took place and was filmed there as well.
2:01 umm the first chronographs were already being made back then, one of them was used, a rolex, to time the great escape during war time, the real one, back when they were working watches for working people, and the famous one used in the moonlandings and the like, the 861 Omega and I think the 325 do you mean Automatic chronograph by any chance or just in general, I know as I've been looking and you have no idea how hard it is to find a nice chronograph that is automatic, has a date, and is waterproof with screw down crowns and buttons so that if you get wet or go swimming with it you dont end up ruining the watch, and literally the only one I've found that even has a consideration for that, because if you end up pushing the buttons under water you risk basically injecting water into the case was a Jeager le coultre special dive watch that was worn on a free divers hand, who somehow managed to dive down about 100 or 200 feet with no air, stay there for a few minutes, and came back up without any problems from it also with the favorites you need to look up The Long Good Friday, it has pierce in it, The Hit, , and Year of the dragon, Mikey Rorke when he was a good looking bloke if your into crime films, and of all things, the film sexy beast, which with the way its named, I half wonder if they got a load of Paul Greengrasse's Layer cake and said we can do better than that only to find someone had knicked the lead actor and told him he can be james bond, when actually it was just a remake of goldeneye going back to when 006 was just a prick.
Trax had a lot better fighting technique for someone who’s probably never fought before and you can tell Nico look like a drunk fat, rich man, wearing a better looking man hits on his wife, so he feels like he should do something about it and then get his ass beat. That’s how that fight reminded me of at least lol I’m not saying trax is a good fighter at all but compared to him. Yes, he’s the better boxer.
One of the things with the Cartier and IWC watches in the video, is both of those are own by the Richemont Group, one of the largest fashion houses in the world, that also owns a lot of watch (like VC, Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Baume and Mercier, A. Lange & Söhne, etc) and jewelry brands
This is crazy, because I’m actively hunting a Monaco now to be my first Tag. I couldn’t agree more on its iconic status, as well as the rich history of both the series and the brand.
Sean Connery was a Scottish actor Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor George Lazenby was born in Australia. Timothy Dalton - is Welsh, tech. Brit. but not really. LoL
Do an updated collection on rdj man he got many watch brands like urwerk,db and so on not the same rolex,ap or patek that we all see every time and we can know your opinion on these brands too
I'm from India and I insist you to make video on Indian watch manufacturers like - HMT watches ( Hindustan Machine Tools), DWC ( Delhi Water Company) and Jaipur Watch Company.
Niko, make a video about interesting Rolex watches that a limited edition, it would be interesting to find out what your favourite ones are. Thanks for your content.
Brief history lesson... The majority of the German Army and Airforce despised the Nazi Party, as did the Navy! Unfortunately it is a common misconception that all German forces were Nazi Party members. In the later years of WW2 many SS were abandoned to their fate by the Army, many were shot by them. The Regular Army left them to their fate when it come to the Russian invasion of Germany rather than go to their rescue as ordered by High Command. When SS members tried to blend in with the Regulars during the retreat they were more often than not either shot or informed upon. Am I being too serious for this video? 😂 I know Nico is only taking the piss! But being a history buff just wanted to clear that up...
Loved this video - im going to watch it again. I can hear you laugh forever 🎉 love the watches except that weird shaped one - im with you on that one for sure!
the dude behind the camera is a comedic genius 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah, the videos are never complete without him 😊
Very funny lad😂
Facts!
He really is
😂so true🎉
“Its pretty f*ckin gay” 😂 nearly spat my lunch out lol
the cadence of it was spot on!! 😆
😂😂😂😂
I wish Nico would start doing 10-15 minute videos about the history of specific brands. I think it'd be interesting.
10000%
real
Valid
this guy could have a whole tv show fr
"He couldn't be James Bond, he could only be the villain", I'd regard that as a huge compliment.
A bond film is only as good as its villain.
I don't watch a lot of Nico's videos but I would watch hours of him and the camera man cracking jokes and giving tidbits of watch history. 10/10 video
The end where Nico's disappointment turning into hate towards Robert Downey Jr. Is hilarious af 😂😂😂
Tom Hardy as James Bond. Just imagine that glorious movie.
Anything woke turns to shyte
What about Henry Cavill?
You mean Tom Brady?
Damn, Jhonny is a menace in this one!
„IWC - I will conquer“ had me cracking💀
Wait wait... nico is also into film photography? We need a crossover for watches and analog photography now!
would love to hear him talk about it more, bet he’s got a few monumental cameras
Second that man
Nico is trying so hard to cast the new James Bond 😂
"Piers had British roots 100 years ago" is a wild statement lmaoooo, I used to be a collector, but I liquidated my collection to venture into real estate. In January, I acquired homes in Malibu for $34 million, and the returns on investment far exceed what I earned as a collector.
How did you grow your portfolio to $34m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum in the bank, the rates are not impressive so I'm moving it, whats your cash flow like?
I have a financial advisor (trader) she grows my liquid assets and I reinvest the weekly payouts back into real estate and long-term ETFs.
Great move, please can you share her with me, or maybe her name so I could search for her online, thanks
Smart move, I love it, I have similar pattern for my cash flow as well.
this dude is straight lying
You never fails to entertain Nico!
George Lazenby played James Bond for one film (On Her Majesty’s Secret Service) and was Australian
And Sean Connery, the OG Bond was Scottish.
Can't believe Johnny let him away with 'National Lagoon' 🤣🤣🤣
Hello Nico, love your videos great content. PS.: I'm portuguese and i'm not offended but Juan is spanish, João is portuguese.
God tier 🏆
I think the greatest thing about these videos is it makes you feel like you’re just chillin with someone who has a lot of knowledge about watches and watch history. Funny, entertaining and informative!
Johnny absolutely KILLED IT in this one, can't stop laughing. :D
I would really like for nico to make a video about the watches with the best history😂, the way he narrated that monaco history wow, I want more
5:34 😅what if said “Knob” is big enough to wrap a watch around it 🪦😆😭
Nico- "At the end of the day, it doesn't matter where you put your knob in"
Sitting with my 1969, 1979 and 1983 Olympus 35mm Cameras definitely earned you a nod of respect when noticing the film camera 😂
Me sitting with a 1980 and 1983 Canon over here, same, like he knows film cameras too? Respect
I choked on my coffee at 8:44 damn nearly died laughing 😂
Nico also being a 6x6 medium format film tlr camera nerd as well makes me happy.
This guy is a legend
Juan it’s Spanish, not Portuguese, João it’s Portuguese.
LMAOOO i just read ur name 😂😂
Immediately after watching this, I downloaded and watched “A Beautiful Mind” for the first time.
Dammit, Nico! What an amazing film!
Thanks for turning me on to that.
Super unrealistic though. I don't care what medication you're on. Who's turning their back on Jennifer Connelly in bed?
My friend lived in Schaffhausen and he told me the place was bombed because of a ball bearing factory there, not watches. The bearing would have more of a strategic use more than a watch.
Bombing sights were basically giant clocks with a bunch of complications.
I love the way Niko says "now" 0:05
Nary
My grandad was a war hero
“On what side”
I can’t quite stop laughing 😂
50% Nazi for sure 😂😂
14:50 Did anyone tell Nico that piracy exists, and is easily available?
3 weeks have gone past, Nico we need more of Nico!!!!
As a camera expert I agree with you! You killed it! F Legend!
can I just say...... this maybe the funniest ones yet.
11:30 Fried Chicken salesman & the watch 12:28 PERFECT, shaped like a pressure cooker 🤣😂🤣
At least Jacob’s shooting b&w and T grain at that! But I agree, I’m a ilford delta guy myself.
So which watch would you recommend me if I don't wanna go with Casios or gshocks and yet I want them cheap and really good?
Boys, please remember George lazenby. The only Aussie bond.. also very funny story how he knocked back the second movie. Can we do his watches.
Please get with the Goonsquad guys (automotive) they’re buying watches and just help them make good choices. It’s awesome that they’re doing luxury watch giveaways but just help them not get taken for a ride…also it would make an interesting collab video!
One of your best Nico. How about previewing City legend Erling Haalands watches. Keep up the good work and merry Christmas.
Hey guys i need some oppinions and advice about Jaguar watches , i want to buy one that it looks beatiful to me (
Jaguar Executive Diver J988/1) , but i dont find almost anything about that brand online.
Hey Nico, tried to purchase a watch throught your websire and shipping was not available to Canada, Montreal.
IWC "I WILL CONQUER"💀 Made me laugh for 5 mins straight thanks for that
What IWC Big Pilot watch do you show in this video? It's sweet and would like to try to look it up
What Brand is that sweatshirt? Looking for something like that. (Plastic zipper)
Your mom swatch 💀 0:11
I am an American that lived in The Netherlands for 7 years and it is cool to hear your Irish/Dutch accent. Tot ziens!
Really like when you talk about the history of things, it's hard to learn as fast you can spew information, its fantastic. More please
would love to see him talk about cameras too, 2 mechanical masterpieces watches and film cameras
Apparently, and I got this from a bloke in Mappin and Webb the other day, that Hublot RM rip off didn’t actually rip off RM. Apparently that came out before RM took that shape, or Hublot were doing it first on another watch. Still can’t stand Hublot either way
Bro Nico,
This is a future video suggestion.
As boys we really love the mechanical waches and see how they works and appreciate the view of how this miniature gears and coils works. So hit us with a video of best skeleton watches to buy without going broke .
At this point, I’m just curious… If Hublot watches were priced around $2K, would you be ok with the brand?
Ohh, good question.
Or, even, at what price point would Nico buy Hublot?
"National Lampoon's", which is old school 80's funny and there is plenty of storyline....! Millennial !!! 6:07
"you might not like him, he played Schindler" ????? BRO 😂
I'm Jewish and laughed out loud LOOOL
Pretty fu*king Gay!! Lol😂
I just pissed myself
have a tudor black bay, would you recommend a cartier de santos WSSA0037 ?
Bond isn’t only English. Dalton is Welsh, Lazenby is an Aussie, Connery is a Scot and of course you mentioned Piers
He said British. Scotland is a part of Britain so Connery doesn't count and Wales is also a part of Britain so Dalton doesn't count. Only lazenby and Piers weren't British everyone else is.
F*cking love nico. Who else says these things? 😂😂😂😂 Imagine this dude as a politician. God tier!
4 weeks, no Nico’tine . . It’s getting harder and harder by the minute. Something bad must have happend.
These videos are so clever and interesting at the same time. I just spit my coffee out at one of Nico's comments when I laughed. The interaction between Nico and the "voice" is perfect.
6:49 actually its not only deserved it also paid😉 it costs at least 30k
And IWC is still worn by a lot of dictators.
0:15 the watch you don't own 🤣
0:54 OMG Camera TRUTH Nico is GOD 0:54
Mate hold up, I was not expecting Nico to know vintage cameras. That’s class mate
An American veteran just pulled out an 1974 Paul Newman Rolex on antique road show you gotta react to it
i like the way he is doing this kinda content and also that he knows his colleges good job nico goed gedaan man
for james bond there was also an australian actor, george lazenby
Sean Connery: Scotish, George Lazenby: Australian, Timothy Dalton: Welsh, Pierce Brosnan: Irish....Only Moore and Craig were properly British.
You have got me into buying my first Rolex Nico!! OP 41 Blue to start the collection! Enjoy your videos!! Keep them coming! :D
Nico, as much as we all would love to pick up something like a rolex submariner or a tudor blackbay, what are your thoughts on the Monta Oceanking?
2:01 umm the first chronographs were already being made back then, one of them was used, a rolex, to time the great escape during war time, the real one, back when they were working watches for working people, and the famous one used in the moonlandings and the like, the 861 Omega and I think the 325
do you mean Automatic chronograph by any chance or just in general, I know as I've been looking and you have no idea how hard it is to find a nice chronograph that is automatic, has a date, and is waterproof with screw down crowns and buttons so that if you get wet or go swimming with it
you dont end up ruining the watch, and literally the only one I've found that even has a consideration for that, because if you end up pushing the buttons under water you risk basically injecting water into the case
was a Jeager le coultre special dive watch that was worn on a free divers hand, who somehow managed to dive down about 100 or 200 feet with no air, stay there for a few minutes, and came back up without any problems from it
also with the favorites you need to look up The Long Good Friday, it has pierce in it, The Hit, , and Year of the dragon, Mikey Rorke when he was a good looking bloke if your into crime films, and of all things, the film sexy beast, which with the way its named, I half wonder if they got a load of Paul Greengrasse's Layer cake and said we can do better than that
only to find someone had knicked the lead actor and told him he can be james bond, when actually it was just a remake of goldeneye going back to when 006 was just a prick.
This is like History Channel for watches 👍 I'm learning interesting historical facts about brand watches. Nice
Respect , this guy and Trax are more of man then these celeb boxers. Trax n Leonard really banged out for rounds.

Finally, someone actually explicitly mentions the Nazis and IWC big pilot in the same sentance 😂
George Lazenby was an Aussie James Bond for "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" in 1968? Don't quote me on the year! Just an FYI
He be doing Kylie Jenner “ is he gay”? Jajajajajaj
What a delight your Videos are ....and soo much info ..Thx keep going
More content please sir!. Keep those Cameras rolling ! PS NICO JUST REMEBER ONE MAN TRASH IS ANOTHER MANS HOLY GRAIL/ GOD TEIR
This is crazy, because I’m actively hunting a Monaco now to be my first Tag. I couldn’t agree more on its iconic status, as well as the rich history of both the series and the brand.
@10:28 looks like a bronze IWC aquatimer - IW379503

Sean Connery was a Scottish actor
Pierce Brosnan is an Irish actor
George Lazenby was born in Australia.
Timothy Dalton - is Welsh, tech. Brit. but not really. LoL
“Pascal”literally dying here😂
Nico when he finds out Timothy Chalamet is dating Kylie Jenner....
I’d say shagging men is less embarrassing than shagging plastic.
Do an updated collection on rdj man he got many watch brands like urwerk,db and so on not the same rolex,ap or patek that we all see every time and we can know your opinion on these brands too
10:15 I think it’s a Tag Heuer Aquaracer
George Russel should definately be the next James Bond or Idris Elba if you want something different
What happen to the trax vid at the airport? what happen with the boxing match.
I'm from India and I insist you to make video on Indian watch manufacturers like - HMT watches ( Hindustan Machine Tools), DWC ( Delhi Water Company) and Jaipur Watch Company.
Nico, I need advice brother. Is a Carl F. Bucherer dress watch worth it to buy?
Niko, make a video about interesting Rolex watches that a limited edition, it would be interesting to find out what your favourite ones are. Thanks for your content.

Nico's movie list is God tier. A beautiful mind is one of the best movies ever. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🔥🔥🔥
Anybody know what kind of music Nico uses in his video?
