Not a resident of RI but I have been there, and years ago I had an assignment in grade school to write to the governor and I don't recall what year it was or the governor's name I just remember how proud I was to hear back from him and to share it with my classmates. I decided that people from RI are kind and helpful and smart.

Remember that in 2016 there were THREE candidates for president -- Clinton, Sanders, and Trump.
Clinton released 30 YEARS of her tax returns at the same time that she announced her candidacy. Sanders and Trump BOTH engaged in serial lying that they "would" release their returns BUT NEITHER DID.
In addition:
There were two partners in the Ukraine election that got the pro-Russian candidate elected president. That president was subsequently driven out of office and fled to Russia.
The two partners who conducted that campaign also used hacked and stolen emails during the campaign.
One of those partners went on the chair Trump's campaign -- which, as we know, included hacked and stolen emails.
The other partner was in charge of the Sanders campaign; but when the Sanders campaign was caught hacking the DNC he resigned.
But we are intended to believe Sanders' assertion that it is CLINTON who is corrupt.
You really need to look at the candidate behind the political rhetoric. Sanders is pie-in-the-sky. Pie-in-the-sky is in reality ruled out as possible by physics.

Clarence Thomas has an interesting life. There are very few who had a childhood as cruel. His late teen years were so bent on goodness yet ruined by more cruelty as I recall. Somehow he was able to move forward to keep improving himself and his education. Reading about him sometimes ago, I could only hope for the best for him.
Now, years later he has chosen a less than honest path. His choice of wife is troublesome too. I am a life long Democrat and still want him treated fairly under the law. His wife has fallen again into conspiracy stories. She really knows better. She must also be treated fairly under the law.
