Pond Fishing For Big, FAT Fish!

Here I am fly fishing with nightcrawlers targeting Tilapia and Bass. I caught a new type of Tilapia! These ponds in the Tampa area are full of different fish species with Tilapia being one of the biggest.

Steve, I think you're right and that is by far the biggest blue gill I have ever caught!

I researched it and I think it could be a Tilapia but you also could be right.

I’ve caught many large (male) bluegill just like that in California, they fight like crazy!
