Those asking about preservatives, I'm fairly certain there's enough citric acid in the zest that it won't go rancid. Not positive tho, but citric acid was a long time used preservative.

Alcohol is used to prevent the formation of bubbles. I have not had a reaction to it on my skin. I also spray the soap mold with alcohol prior to pouring the soap in to the mold for sanitation purposes.

No. Lemon juice and lemon zest will rot in the soap over time and get moldy.

You can not add fresh or dried fruit to melt and pour soap because over time it will rot and mold. If you do cold processed soap you can.

It's to prevent soda ash on cold pressed soap. Melt and pour doesn't have to saponify so I question if it's necessary.
