What if you have had a job offer from a different company that pays well and has great staff benefits but you are currently employed and as per the new company that offered the new job, they have stated there that i will be needing to deploy a specific date less than the 30 days turnover after my resignation. I told my supervisor that ill be resigning soon. they told me that they wont approve it even if i passed it this month of may and they will just approve it on june. so right now im still working and planning to just pass a resignation letter to them by june 1. can i ask them to waive the 30 days render period for me since they refused my resignation in the first place?

I'm just asking because I submitted a resignation letter on Sept. 13 then I put the last day as oct 15 including my 30 days render then the employer didn't agree that I put an exact date when my last day is what he wants my render will only start for 30 days when it arrives that my replacement, what if they still can't find someone to replace me, it's like my resignation letter is useless because I can't leave if they haven't found a replacement for me. Hi, question lang po, what if masyado dinedelay ng isa sa signatory ung clearance dahil lang sa reason na busy sila at wala time sayo. Sometimes ung iba umaabot ng 4 months to 1 year bago matapos ang clearance. Is there anything i can do about this?

Is it possible po that the company will let you render for 30 days UNPAID as a payment for the termination of contract but will not give you a COE?

Paano po pag di ka pa nakakapagbigay Ng resignation letter eh inalis ka na sa schedule Ng trabho at pinalitan ka kaagad sa posisyon
