hi attorneys, what if the real owner of the business is not a foreigner, but a Filipino; the owner of the business uses a certain person's name, a dummy. The business is DTI registered, would the anti dummy law applies even if the real owner is a Fililpino citizen?

Hi Legal Guide Philippines I'm a nominee incorporator for my friend's company. He uses my name in exchange of share in his company. This happens in 2013, I'm not actively participate in company's operations because he just barrowed my name. Sometimes he brings me documents to sign and I signed it without hesitation. I asked him about my shares in the company but he always say's there no fund. Until lately I heard the company got paid for a big project and once again I ask for my shares and then he say's that I'm no longer in the company since 2019. My question is "how he removed me as nominee incorporator without me knowing it and I did not sign any document for the removal? and can I still get my share for the previous years? please enlighten me, thanks
I'm also not sure how you were removed (if I just base it on your narrative). The only way would be to check out documents related to your involvement in the company. Yung mga tanong nyo po mismo yung na discuss sa video namin. Napagusapan po ang risks ng pagiging "dummy" doon if ever pasok po yung situation ninyo sa mga sitwasyon na nabanggit namin. Kayo po ang best na tanungin kung "fair" po ba ang deal na pinasukan ninyo. Depende po sa tao kung katanggap-tanggap ang terms ng deal kasi. If ever may problem kayo sa deal ninyo, maganda po kausapin ninyo yung kaibigan ninyo. Or better yet, kumausap po kayo ng abogado para makita ang mga papeles at mapayuhan po kayo ng maayos.
Wat if kinasohan ang company then I'm just only a dummy or 1percent share only ...and I did not even get my share coz I'm just only a dummy account
