    Great workout! I have very tight hips and this helps me a lot. I also feel it working my inner thighs big time.

    This workout is only for beginners because I honestly didn't feel any burn for a single minute infact it make me more lazy for rest of my workout!

    You are trying to sell something you don’t even believe in yourself!
    You always train at the gym and all of a sudden you jumped on the Chloe Ting/Pamela Reif train of home workouts. Even the setting looks the same 😂
