Have you tried making pizza without the pizza screens? Gives the pizza a more crispy bottom and char without it when cooking directly on the oven's bottom
Nice job man!!! I start out making 15-20 slice pies every morning getting 6 slice’s outta each pie.. that’s 120 slices at 4.50 a slice or 6.99 1 slice/20 oz - 2 slice/20 oz 10.99 in WNY.. 6 tier warmers are nice.. love your channel and keep grinding..
@@PizzaStopLLC I used to own a pizza shop. My suggestion do a six slice pizza and charge - one slice and a drink 5 dollars. Can products. I would have a pizza warmer. I used to start the day one cheese, two pepperoni, two sausage, and the slice of the day. Ex. The “BOSS” bacon, onion sausage and bbq sauce, famous four- sausage, onion, pepper, mushroom green pepper, Veggie- mushroom onion green pepper and tomato, the hawiian - Canadian bacon, pineapple and zest bbq sauce. Italian beef and hot giardiniera. All were huge hits and people would come in just for their favorite slice. I consistently had 500 dollar lunches- just in slices. Requires extra help. Also, look into pizza slice boxes. I will be honest I got to the point of hating those slices- even though profitable. I heard your customers asking “ got any cheese - got any pepperoni? Drove me nuts - 5 people would come in and all order cheese at same time then nobody would order cheese rest of the day. Sold the place because could not rely on help to show up or if they showed up actually work. I would like to add do not be afraid to raise prices. People will complain - just say price of cheese went way up and when you look at your bottom line you will realize the difference. I understand they’re is competition but nobody is charging 2.50 a slice. Also, don’t try and compete with fast food pizza, You are not fast food.

@@TheCowgirlNiamh Disagree, profit is your motive not price. Simple way to explain. You are not their to give away your labor and investment. Also, own a pizza shop before commenting. If he is happy with his margins on $2.50 a slice good for him.
@@hellcat1962 ridiculous comment which you liked yourself. I don’t have to own a pizza shop ffs 🤦🏼♀️ I am a company director so no need to try and explain business to me thank you 👍 He knows his customer base. Awesome job, dude! I'm gonna try opening up my own stand at the local Saturday farmers market in town next spring. You're opinion please: Do you mind people putting ranch on the pizza you made for them?
nothing is better then eating pizza on lap in winter season with heater having a muffler around the neck and biting pizza slowly so it spread over lips then sipping it
Love the content! Wish I was closer the pizza looks amazing. Keep up the good work
