The guy is something else. And the most impresive thing is that he started competing at an age that other athlets getting retired. Insane. I trully believe that If he was competing at his prime, he would have been worlds strongest man, more than once.
The longevity of Mark Felix is the signal to the world that Strongman is one of the healthiest sports in the world. Marathon Runners die from sports related complications more often than Strongmen.
Mark Felix is 5 years away from getting a free bus pass in London and he is chucking stones like marbles… 15+ years of putting his body through this. That is next level and I can only respect that.
Andy is a monster in the making. I helped him with some recovery work a few months back. If he was to focus more on that and some athletic work I wanted to introduce. pure monster.
@@theparadisesnare yeah there were some surprises, I'd never guess that WSGay, who is half Tom's size, could win with him even with events unfavorable for Tom
louis cyr could hoist with 1 arm, a barrel filled with concrete that weighed 500lbs to his shoulder. he’s still the strongest freak in the past 130 years
This is crazy. For 10 years a go, they had 150 kilo as heaviest stone, and many didnt finnish. Now its 200 kg and many do finnish.. 200 kg of a globe is a nightmare to lift. worse form ever
I have a safety concern. What if they drop the sphere. The sphere can role and crush the feet. Use heavy poles or cone objects that you can stabilize if it falls.
RoofingLife everybody that works hard for a competition they already a winner !! These guys are super motivated every time I watch this video I just go to go go go God bless you all keep doing it !!!!!
For you construction guys, 440 lbs is like carrying 9- 50 lb bags of concrete, two I can do a few times for a little bit of distance, but 9 of them, it's just not happening and I don't anyone in construction or any where else except here, that could.
I love how Pa is checking himself out on the big screen, so hilarious.
Mark Felix might be the most impressive athlete of all time. 55 yrs old and still competing in strongman!! Thats insane
The guy is something else. And the most impresive thing is that he started competing at an age that other athlets getting retired. Insane. I trully believe that If he was competing at his prime, he would have been worlds strongest man, more than once.
And his hands are out of this world.
Really big and strong, perfect for this kind of sports.
@@Smp_lifting Right!!! Shit is crazy!!!

OLD MAN STRENGTH IS REAL
Mark Felix looks the same as he did 20 years ago.

now imagine him wearing grandpa glasses doing this
It goes to show that age is just a numba
Great to see some new guys like Flowers and Black getting better each time
Andy is a monster in the making. I helped him with some recovery work a few months back. If he was to focus more on that and some athletic work I wanted to introduce.
pure monster.
I dont doubt that Tom will remain the best atlas stone lifter for many years to come.
He has a big advantage because of his height, but Licis crushed the natural stones in the Rogue Invitational, if he can stay healthy, watch out.
@@pctotty can't wait to see Licis vs Tom in atlas stones. Gonna be a good one
What a battle from Shane Flowers and Andy Black, such hype when they both hit that 200kg stone. And Mark Felix, what a legend.
I'm a simple man; i see Mark Felix, i press like.
Yes, you are right, you're fkn simple alright LOL
I love Mr. Felix. He's a real life Titan. All these men are
Pa O'Kazmaier looking really good! Amazing performance in this competition! And of course Tom wins as always. I hope he stays strong for the Arnolds.
Who
"beel, my legs are like pistons"
Sadly he didnt. Idk if he felt bad or something, but he underperformed is basically all events. Its fine though, Im sure he be back the next event :)
Mark is truly inspirational, to be competing at his age. It must be said. He does still look pretty youthful, he'd be a great judge in future.
Felix looking like he could go till 65. Tom would still beat me if i did this with bowling balls. And how is Paul Smith still only 27 ?!
Probably my last time being the youngest at Brits but I'll take it while it's there hahaha
@@PaulSmithLift haha must've been on the scene since like 12. Legend 👍💪
Tom is looking huge this year 😍 We're gonna see some big things from him 😍 Can't wait for the Arnolds
Stoltman was the only one who could do the 4th stone in one move, which is a huge time advantage.
in a few days he will have to compete against a few freaks like himself.. this will be a spectacle
He kinda shit the bed at the arnold so idk
@@theparadisesnare yeah there were some surprises, I'd never guess that WSGay, who is half Tom's size, could win with him even with events unfavorable for Tom
If Mark would've got that stone just a couple inches higher, he would've been second place.
That old man is frighteningly good at being strong.
He should of had his shirt off to use the friction of his skin to make it easier to push up
if mark felix lifted that stone he would still be in seventh place
Don't call him old just because of his age, age is just a number and he's proving it!
What I like about strongman is that all of the athletes are looked at in amazement and cheered on, not just the winner.
A confident Tom is a scary thought
Mark Felix is still my favorite :D
Tom can lift that final stone in his sleep
Flowers was super impressive, if you ask me 😮!
Also: Bish nearly *dunked* that 1st stone 🤣 🏀!
Legit looked like a basketball
louis cyr could hoist with 1 arm, a barrel filled with concrete that weighed 500lbs to his shoulder. he’s still the strongest freak in the past 130 years
Smith surprised the shit out of me with only being 5'11. Bravo. Stoltman is my guy though.
When just Stoltman envelopes the entire screen. Just on another level. Brian Shaw big
This announcer is pure 🔥
Congrats to Tom, Pa and all the athletes
Felix is such a legend! Age is literally just a number for him
Eskiden NTVspor’da izlerdik ne günlerdi…
Shane is really impressive considering its his DEBUT !!
Me struggling to deadlift 100KG and these guys are picking 200kg up like a shopping bag
😂
Yeah. And in the shape of a big huge ball. Nothing to grab on to just hug the thing and try to get it up there.
Being vegan is bad
Tom is such an amazing athlete. He absolutely owns the atlas stone event!!!
He had a huge heigth advantage over the other athletes. But still an awesome performance.
No surprises with Tom for the win. Wish we could've seen Luke do the stones, I'm sure he would've been near the top of the pack too.
Was here live it was AMAZING!
BIG UP and RESPECT for Mark FELIX

Those are the guys who built the pyramids
Yaa, it's always your performance day by day better ! Thanku
Since most of these guys are lifting the last stone; they need to make it heavier to separate the beasts
Mark Felix is the man that time forgot. He never ages!

Fruit juices.
Walnuts.
Avocados.

am I the only one who sees each of these stones as a planet?! These guys are too much monsters
They took a castle stone like a baby carrying a toy... amazing !!!
Flowers athletic ability in strong man is ridiculous, this mother must do alot of GPP.
Thank you.
Incredible performances. Pa is one charismatic sob!

My knees felt this
How heavy are each of these stones!? I'm thinking at least 300 kg+?
Watching this game for the first time
Looks very good
Mark Steele is essential Gentle Giant. Look at him smiling :)
Tom is a BEAST 💪🏻
Congrats to Tom.

WSM needs people like Pa.
Tom is 180 kg but he move like 110 kg he don't look overweight and that is a great advantage for him
... he does look overweight...
This is so powerful man
Just like Mark Felix ain't giving in live He is such an age of inspiration ❤️❤️
Enke mehnat ko salam
bruh, watching this dudes lift those stones makes me also gasp for air everytime they try to lift.. I don't know why but it's fcking hilarious 😅..
I’d want to try it without crowd 1st….I’d probably get stuck on 1st stone 😂
What is the weight the of first stone 🤔
how did they move those stones 🤔 after the competition
Atlas stones is overdone IMO…I’d rather see them rotate it out now and then personally.
the first stone is 88 lbs then they increase by 88 lbs each, in the end of time, the hailstorm gonna weight about like the first one.
I'm 16 years old and I like to pick up like that
This announcer sounds like the amwrestler Neil Pickup
He does announce in such events
1:20 That sure doesn't look like a 6 inch height difference 🤔
Yeah because Mark Felix isn't actually 6'4.
These guys are tough but the guy that makes those stones ……
In indian villages specially in hariana, uttar pradesh such games are played very easily .
One can see it in you tube .
Mark Felix is not human. No man can do this at 55.

Who is the announcer? He sound familiar. Is that Neil Pickup?

Thought I clicked on an old rerun cuz I saw Felix in it
