@@govinderanpillay2402 always one , you know the amount of people that will take gear and be no where near the strength because they don’t eat 7000 calories plus a day , train hours a day , because it’s there job and there genetics are rare . Just quit saying it’s all hear

Biby is so inspiring not just from a lifting stand point but his approach to life. He is such a generous happy man. He is extremely nice and grateful to everyone. If everyone in the 🌎 approached life like biby it would be a better place

I keep repeating the moment 0:32 when Kushi Stoltman hugged Dan Hipkiss after Luke Stoltman made the 218 kg Log Lift. It felt so wholesome to see the "healthy drama" in the strength comps like this.
It is safe to say Biby got that record in him, is crazy how easy it looked while he is injured, a healthy Biby would've smoked that record, no doubts about that.

It just goes to show how utterly fuckin amazing Z is.
NO athlete will ever hold the record as long as big Z.. He's held the record for 17 long years now. Since 2005 Big Z's records have stood. That's amazing. Shows just how damn heavy 500+lbs is.
The only Athlete who could have held the record as long was Bill Kazmaier. In 1981 WSM he had a 400 to 420 lbs log in him that day. He made the 365 log look like a toy.
The comment i searched for. Thoss are incredible Athletes but Zs Legacy is just other worldly. Especially since the 228 didnt look like he couldnt have done 229
And his 228 came after the Neck injury Z believes he had 235-240 in him and i always believe whatever Z says

Honestly Luke's lift is so much more impressive when you take into account that he has to commit energy to training for entire shows, not just max pressing

Anyone who has lifted before knows that the "overhead" part, from chest to straight arms above head, is the most difficult of all, it's the equivalent of iron cross on gymnast rings
