Marian goes brrrrr on PC ver again, Sugar aint far behind. I find SG team a comfy comp for this boss. Better if u have Isabel to run full shotgun w dolla.
For this team to Full Clear reload cube plays a huge role ( Bastion cube on SMG/MG is good too ). Toggle skill on/off or doing it manually its fine whichever comfy. Theres a grace period of 2nd round circles be4 it'll start drilling, can time ur burst to break 2nd set of circle easier. Tho on last phase ( fully naked gravedigger ) have to be careful it'll just drill down after 1 round of circles at times.
I think gear tier/lvs don't need to match, since it shouldnt matter that much if you have enough dmg to break the circles for gravedigger and able to survive at least 1 drill on 2nd phase ( 3 circles part ). I tried scarlet and laplace comp but I find this more consistent to fullclear, ofc Isabel SG team the best.

is this possible without liter and replace her with volume? Every comp i see liter is the staple but i dont have her

Volume nope, her buff its just bad in general but u could still try, since can force close app to save the attempt. N102 is good but lack of burst cooldown is fatal for GD, u could try Pepper/N102 + Dolla ( burst cd ), switching out Liter n Rupee.

Hii, To clear the 2 drills on 1st phase easier since modernia burst last longer than normal Full Burst.

It can be tricky depending on damage output to hold burst or not. The timing is crucial for this boss, if u manage to reach last phase of gravedigger its how well u time burst for the qte ( circles ). Tho it'll have a lil bit of RNG on breaking them if nikkes low on atk stat.

Modernia have 2 role here, first is to take care of 2 small drills spawn with burst and secondly being the extra shots to cover QTE circles when SG reloads with QTE still up.
You could try, if you have no problem with the small drills. Guil have high damage but due to the -HP passive you'll have to clear QTE and not get drilled at all for it to work tho.
