  • Peanut Butter has many healing medicinal properties for the body. Not only is it healthy, it's delicious! Resveratrol, an antioxidant in peanuts, reduces cardiovascular inflammation, lowers blood pressure, increases circulation and relaxes blood vessels. It also reduces LDL oxidation responsible for the hardening of arteries and coronary arteries and coronary artery diseases.
A 2018 review in Current Atherosclerosis Reports found that nut consumption doesn’t just reduce the risk of dying from heart disease; but eating peanuts also reduces high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and helps keep blood vessels healthy.
Apples have many healing medicinal properties for the body. It will help balance glucose levels. The pectin in apples are prebiotics and feed your gut the probiotics. This will decrease inflammation in the blood vessels and protect the colon from cancer. Apples will lower your bad cholesterol and triglycerides, and raise your good cholesterol.

Dr.Mandel needs to write a book! He is filled with such useful tips and tricks; it would be great to have a guide to turn to, especially when we need to access information quickly without having to dig through RUclips. He has so many remedies for so many different things I find it a little overwhelming. A guide and maybe recommended diets, exercises, etc would be very beneficial and I am sure it would sell well. Food for thought Dr. M! ❤️

@DrMandell Thank you for alllllll your informative utubes. They are helping me so much. I have a question though about peanut butter please. I just watched a utube by Barbara O’Neill where she cautions against peanut butter because of Aspergillus ie mould. Now I love peanuts and peanut butter. I have a mould allergy though. So think this may be contraindicated? Gratitude, Lee

It's usually the last fat to go as our body thinks it's smart saving the upper fat as protection against injury to our internal organs, including the female organs. Really annoying, as I feel your struggle. It takes more time, but you'll get there.

It’s so discouraging, but persistence will eventually pay off. Also try drinking more water with Celtic salt or Real Salt, but don’t drink with your meals. Barbara O’Neill has good videos regarding this. In the meantime, keep up the good work! 😊

Avoid sugar, seed oils, and ultra processed foods like they are poisonous. Unpasteurized honey for a sweetener. Increase a variety of Only whole foods and supper foods.
Try a combination of Berberine and milk thistle for supplement. Up to 1500 mg. will stabilize your blood sugar, hormones, and repair liver damage.
It's also effective to fast once a week for a day or two but it depends on your lifestyle. Don't give in to temptation because it can take up to a couple weeks to get your system back on track. Don't give up, keep reaching what's going to work for you! Blessings.

I like peanut butter and I like apples. And have been eating them both for years. Haven't tried them together, though. I do like peanut butter with banana. I have both ingredients right now and will have to try. Thanks for info!👍🏾
