Cronenbergs best film IMO. He's incredibly talented and professional and this film shows he's definitely not a one-trick-pony director and a great filmmaker outside of the gore and horror genre. Excellent storyline, direction, and characters. Also William Hurts' 10 minutes on screen is tremendous and memorable. Love the film. Love your reaction.
How many of Cronenberg's films have you seen? It's difficult to compare his films because they are all so different. It's like comparing Taxi Driver with Goodfellas. Both films have a different purpose.

I just think The story is presented badly, the message is conveyed sloppily, it has pointless scenes everyone thinks is necessary but isn't, it tries to be this deep movie but fails, the direction isn't good, characters make stupid, illogical decisions, I dislike the way the film is shot/looks, there are so many missed opportunities/how instead of going a better route, it takes the worst possible directions, just off the top of my head. But keep up the good work on your videos 👍
