    This was my 1st attempt at this class.....😂 I need a bit more practice balancing on the ball.....it was a fun challenge at the close of day.....Thank you Rachel for your many and varied classes,I love them all xxx

    Thanks for this workout, Rachel! Just bought a ball and, wow, it's a real stability challenge! Definitely takes the workout up a notch! I will have to keep practising! 😊 Thank you for all the inspiration and for challenging us with new routines!
