I actually found a shaky chest, but I thought that it was a mimic so I used a dart trap to kill it :(

I actually found this slime by accident. The moment I watched the video I realized that. But I've already spent quite a long time in pre-hardmode and only got 2 or 3 of these... I won't be spending my time on finding them, anyway. Do they even do anything useful other than wasting a lot of time at first?
I was confused when playing with my friend on why a mimic’s animations were different and why it couldn’t be killed or kill us. Then it jumped down our hellavator and despawned. Then days later when I’m at home on a different world I find the same thing again but in the dungeon. I was confused but then when i picked up a key I thought to try it on the chest and I was pleasantly surprised
I just realized how messed up slime rain is, After killing around over 100 of King slimes race. he has to go there on his own to stop the terrarian. He dosent succeed bleeds his own kind while he dies. Force his new birthed children to fight the terrarian, All of King slimes children and himself die and then the terrarian steals one of his own children to be in a town to eventually die by a giant mechanical snake in Hard Mode.

Tip: Mystic frogs spawn the most at dusk to midnight

Quick tip, by far the easiest way to get the Elder Slime is to find him in the Dungeon.
Terraria 1.4.4 comes out, with many unique changes and items to explore. It would be cool if someone were to make a guide on perhaps how to get every item! *TOWN SLIMES*

Squire slime also can be made with copper shortsword, and thats its 3rd purpose (1st a first 1 minute as melee, 2nd for Zenith)

Got the elder slime randomly while Farming in the Dungeon lol.
I got the surly slime on my first try, didn't even realize it's supposed to be a rare catch

To me it feels like a big waste of time, since they don't do anything special. Even searching for the Dirtiest Block seems more appealing, although I created a big world, which is just way too big...

that shaky chest died 20 times in my farm before i was able to unlock it
Umm i found the shaking chest in underground level so its not just cavern level

@@rocksinshoe9930 nope I throw a peach in it and it turned into that item that permanent increases mining and building speed (before hard mode)

If you creat a new world in 1.4.4 and go to the ocean and dig straight down you gonna find a shrim pool it's like a new biome

You can find the wooden chest more under the ocean in the cavern level for the elder slime and the clumsy slime spawn more often on windy days

So the easiest slime town to get is squire slime, because you just need to give some random slime the coolest sword in all of Terraria history
You just only need to give the slime any copper gear

i found my old man slime in the dungeon, he almost died lol
Just putting this here, I started up a new world for this update and found the old man slime CONSISTANTLY inside of my dungeon at around the same place not to far in (he died multiple times since I couldn’t find a key slime). I’m not sure if this is an easier way of getting the slime but just wanted to put it out there.

they do feel more common in the dungeon and i dont know why like 5 of them spawned before even 1 dungeon slime could

First of all please just talk in the Videos, I think they are just hard to watch and it would be easier to understand if you would talk. 2nd and last of it ist I get a feeling like you just made the video as quickly as possible and with zero effort what made it overall even more boring.

İ found the elder slime in the dungeon an was very confused i got close to it and it stared jumping so i was like oh its a mimic but then i remembered i was in pre hardmode and it didnt have any theeth so i just opened it and got the slime
I was in the dungeon and I saw the moving chest while the ball damaging rhe moving, and I let the moving chest die slowly not knowing it was a old town slime
Quick question does killing too many slime make nerdy the slime leave cause I just killed a bunch

Every time I don't have a key I see the chest but when I have a key I never see it :(

Also a bit of thoughts is you get nerd slime after you kill king slime, meaning that king slime was a nerd back then and was smol, But after creating a scientific machine he wanted to insert dominance and became the king

it took me 30 secs to get the surly slime
How I obtain the Cool Slime?
you need 3 or more NPCs living close to each other. Then you have to wait until they randomly decide to throw a party. Afterwards, the cool slime should automatically move in.
It might help to have the party girl already moved in, at least for me, parties seemed to occur more frequently after her arrival.

no. the slimes are any seed. however you'll only find shimmer on newly generated worlds, so in order to get the diva slime in an old world (pre 1.4.4), you'd first have to obtain a bottomless waterbucket and 10 luminite bars (post moonlord) to make a bottomless shimmer bucket to place shimmer in your old world.
