I love to hear your reviews on collections can you please add pictures so I can see what you’re talking about for example when you were talking about Oscar de la rentas old lady garments
Your breakdowns and likes/dislikes and just EVERYTHING about this video was so fresh and so inspiring. Thank you for these I can’t wait for more. Post notifications: ON ♥️♥️♥️♥️
Would have loved to have seen the collection along with your analysis but AUNTIE ZOE I'm just happy you're back ❤️❤️ the thought of trying to be successful in a recession is scary
That comment at 20:40 'People see meteoric rise and get jealous..' That's what I came for. I always look for some wisdom to help me on any given day. Saw you had posted and stayed to listen. THANK YOU Zoe. Thank you. Exactly what I needed to hear.
Hey heyyy party people 👋🏻👋🏻 welcome back 😊so I went full time at my job and was not able to go for a fashion design associates degree BUT I have signed for sewing classes at a local fashion design boutique 🤗🤗 crossing my fingers eventually I can sign up for classes. So happy to see and hear from you again on RUclips
Aria-- yes! I loved that runway. Totally agree. Tommy Hilfiger and Zendaya's show was great too. Loved the fashions and the whole entire vibe of it. Zoe, I LOVE watching you draw. You are utterly astounding. Especially enjoyed your McQueen suit here.
I love how you always make me question things through a different light. It feels natural through your speech, but I know it actually shows the work you've put in becoming who you are. I can only hope these fantastic streams of thoughts are coming from a good state of mind. Stay safe, Zoe! I'm happy with your new schedule, as long as it works for you. :)
Zoe! This video is so insightful! There are so many things I learned about the industry! I can fill a few journal pages with this info! I really enjoyed your discussion on biz models. Thank you!
Surprisingly, I have a lot of blues, denim not included. After whites and blacks, the main color I wear most is blue - true blue, pastel blue, navy blue and heck even bright blue. This might just be me, though.
Love you zoe. Your my "teacher" until I officially graduate from LIM College. Thanks for you no nonse approach to teaching, and your extensive industry knowledge.
I'm so glad that you spoke about the Patou rebirth... i love the joy and the newness of that collection also have a lot of elegance touches, my Other favorite was Schiaparelli.
I don't have much bright blue in my wardrobe, but I'm LOVING the muted baby blues and muted minty green blues. Don't know if it's just going into fashion or just going out, but it looks fabulous on my very fair skin.
I am so fing glad to hear your voice and you sound happy and well. Again your art is amazing , and your business knowledge abounds. Fast fashion can burn on the ash heap of history as far as I’m concerned. I would never step in a Forever 21 for love nor money! Be easy with yourself as you come back to videos. We can be patient as we salivate for the book!!!! Love you❤️❤️❤️
i used to wear a lot of solid bright blues ! they just gradually disappeared from my wardrobe as pieces became unwearable. am anticipating next season a lot now that you mentioned all the bright blues, because i've been meaning to buy long sleeves t shirts in colors like royal blue and peacock blue... for how obsessed with blue it is, menswear really hates any kind of blue that might read as even slightly bold
Woow a new video from you, that is awesome! I haven't watched it yet but I am very happy. I will watch it tomorrow morning, right now is time to help my daughter to fall sleep while we are talking about everything and maybe nothing. Just want to say, I am glad you have a new video. Don't know anything about fashion but Inlike your channel.
So glad you're back again Zoe!! Missed you A LOT fashion teaching queen of social media. Don't want to be THAT person but fashion is SO extremly boring now. All the mainstream brands have been repeating themselves for a while now (Versace, YSL,...) and smaller / emerging designers are just confused and create the most absurd n outrageous stuff (not in a good way) that literally no one would wear. Like there's always been absurd stuff in the fashion industry but back in the day people really tried to combine art and fashion and arrange absurd and unusual things in a way in which it complimented the body and highlighted it's features. Nowadays it's just about making designs look as weird, big and crazy as possible, which for me doesn't have anything to do with fashion but more with performance art or art installations.
Glad you're back! And I find really interesting that excercise of illustrate the garment in a different pose from the picture, until now I've just copied the picture.
I do *not* have a lot of blue, hahaha! My wardrobe is black, pink, and neon...... just a few earth tones but mostly black, pink, and white now (and I'm sooo into it)
Great video! I love watching you draw, although it was frustrating not to be able to see the runway collections you were describing so brilliantly! Maybe a split screen? I have a ton of navy clothing, but no bright blue- the only bright colour I have is red.
I actually have a ton of blue in my closet, my country is a tropical country and something that I noticed is that we grow up wearing all colours of the rainbow unlike some of the countries I've lived/visited.
I own very little blue. I think the only think my closet that's blue at all is a tshirt with wolves on it. Otherwise I stick to black. I don't venture outside of that colour scheme because I don't usually like the garment the colours are attached to. I don't usually go for baggy and blue garments, outside of jeans, that I've been able to find are baggy. I prefer more fitted things. Also, welcome back!! I missed your videos!
So glad you’re back, and that you sound good. Scary about fear of recession by fashion houses. I have a few saturated blue tops and a jacket, but blues are my favorites so I’m not typical.
Hi Zoe! I love your channel. Could you do an in-depth video series about how to correctly fabric source for the different types of clothing? To me, that's the hardest part.
Power dressing is the kind of dressing that allows women to show their power and authority. Usually bold, tailored shapes, bold colors, designed to make women look strong.
I am sooooo happy that you're back! 😁🥰😁 I have a sweatshirt in bright blue 🤔 and I guess this one doesn't count - it's good only for workouts. The second illustration is my favourite one and I just love the poses and the attitude that all your illustrations have in general(not only in this video). Now I'll listen to the video again with vogue.com in front of me, so I can see all the mentioned designers/clothes/details in the exact moment 😁😁 Thank you for the video and the trend analysis! 😊😊😊
I do have a few blue items but compared to the rest of the stuff in my closet, it’s really nothing. One of them is a tie dye shirt, the other is a nice blouse, and the most out-there one is a light blue wide leg corduroy pant
Loved the Alexander M. Collection as well. Dior had a few i loved. Your insight on Forever 21 was interesting...i found that playing the long game in fashion is more secure and profitable than a billion dollar company!
Tons of blue, mostly vintage not 80s thank you very much . So agree on Armani, boring. Deconstructed trenches? Yes! Patou, oui. And what was that about mimi skirts? I love mini skirts (and yes I have the legs for them) Welcome back
If you are not consulting ... you should. I am not in fashion anymore, but GIRL.. do they need some straight talking, clear thinking, deeper diving people at the top, middle and bottom. I enjoyed your video and loved seeing your sketching talents as well.
I used to have a lot of bright bold true royal blue garments. It's been a staple color for me most of my life. It is hard to find though, and recently I have been getting more purples and hot pinks. I am not liking my wardrobe lately, but that Does have a lot more to do with postpartum body image issues than the colors. So right now I have color in my closet, but I wear mostly dark Navy blue jeans, and black tops. I toss color on with Jewelry. At the end of the day though, I know I probably look like a candidate for What Not to Wear.
333 views 🧚🏼♀️ also love how you go over fashion production and design timeline! Came to say major LOL the ONLY bright blue clothing I have is a soccer jersey from when I was a child!!
Oh, if you would consider Aqua into the blue realm ... I own a lot of blue clothes ... sweatpants, jackets, t-shirts, denim, underwear, almost everything
Hi zoe! I love your videos! I’m a student at fashion school in Mexico 🇲🇽 I would love if you could add Spanish subtitles to some of your videos so my classmates can understand them too!! Your videos have been very useful, educational and inspiring to me! I aspire to be as wise as you are one day, Thank you 💜
How do you remember all of the designers? Eras? Dates? Dose it come with time and expirience or should I go and lern them all by memory? Also... the facebook-forever 21 analogy... pure gold ;DDD
I live and breathe fashion and I have a good memory. hahahaha I read a lot, a lot of information overlaps, and as I do research for videos, I get reminded of things again.
Wow i love your drawing you killed it . Could you tell me how can i make drawings like you 'cause my drawing is not good that's why i can't draw properly
Why do I even read fashion magazinez if Zoes channel is years ahead
lol me too
I love to hear your reviews on collections can you please add pictures so I can see what you’re talking about for example when you were talking about Oscar de la rentas old lady garments
Yes please add pictures! It would be much easier to understand

I was missing that 'Hey Hey Party People' and your laugh!! 😃😄
No desire to start a line, but i come for the fashion tea and the rants. Thanks and keep trucking on.
I love bright cobalt blue. Makes my eye color POP!
Zoe! This video is so insightful! There are so many things I learned about the industry! I can fill a few journal pages with this info! I really enjoyed your discussion on biz models. Thank you!

I'm new here and I really can't stop watching your videos

Welcome back Zoe!! ❤️❤️.. So refreshing to hear u talk different perspective! :)
thanks!
I am from Egypt, and I find you a very artist. I love fashion and work for you❤️❤️
I have no blue in my closet except for navy. Mostly black with a few other colors. I love black and can't seem to get away from it.

Hi Zoe, I do not wear a lot of blue. When I do wear the color blue it is rarely true navy but tends to be a brighter blue or a fresher baby blue.
Welcome back Zoe💕💕much love and blessings
thanks!

Tons of blue in my closet! It’s my number 1 color. I have all shades of it. But I do recognize I’m in the minority with my colorful wardrobe. 😁
Glad you're back, Zoe! Missed your sarcastic humor and rants!
thanks!
So glad you’re back, and that you sound good. Scary about fear of recession by fashion houses. I have a few saturated blue tops and a jacket, but blues are my favorites so I’m not typical.
Omg your illustrations are amazing
thanks!
watching this is so relaxing and satisfying
Me me me. Im a crazy blue. Every time I look, I see blue
I've got a lot of aqua and royal blue! 😂 also I am so here for the any 90s remixes.
Good rant Zoe- it’s good to have you back!
thanks!
Hi Zoe! I love your channel. Could you do an in-depth video series about how to correctly fabric source for the different types of clothing? To me, that's the hardest part.
I have several sourcing videos in my Fabrics playlist.
glad you re back :) i have one bright petrol croped sweater. I love the sketches. and what is power dressing?
Power dressing is the kind of dressing that allows women to show their power and authority. Usually bold, tailored shapes, bold colors, designed to make women look strong.
Zoe Hong thank you 💖
I love your tutorials as well,as your drawings! Incredibly talented!

I lived through 80's clothing once, that was enough. Shoulder pads? No, no, no, no.
Welcome back! And thank you!!!
I do have a few blue items but compared to the rest of the stuff in my closet, it’s really nothing. One of them is a tie dye shirt, the other is a nice blouse, and the most out-there one is a light blue wide leg corduroy pant
Good point about the economy effecting the runway collections. I noticed how basic NYFW was.
Was waiting for hear "Hey hey party people" 🙈 Welcome back Z!
Thanks!
Loved the Alexander M. Collection as well. Dior had a few i loved. Your insight on Forever 21 was interesting...i found that playing the long game in fashion is more secure and profitable than a billion dollar company!
I actually had a period with all kinds of blues, now I am back to pinks
Love your rant! Beautiful! Excited for the future of fashion!
thanks!
So glad your back🤩🤩🤩🤩
thanks!
I'm so so glad you're back, Zoe

thanks!
Tons of blue, mostly vintage not 80s thank you very much . So agree on Armani, boring. Deconstructed trenches? Yes! Patou, oui. And what was that about mimi skirts? I love mini skirts (and yes I have the legs for them) Welcome back
There were some minis for sure. You can't redux 80s wihtout minis but they were def in the minority.
I love colors, blue is my favorite. I can ware blue every day of the week)))
I want your book now! Can’t wait, I’ll be first in line.....I’m such a fan of yours.. thank you.
If you are not consulting ... you should. I am not in fashion anymore, but GIRL.. do they need some straight talking, clear thinking, deeper diving people at the top, middle and bottom. I enjoyed your video and loved seeing your sketching talents as well.
thanks! I do some consulting, but it's not the bulk of what I do.

I missed your voice ... So warm to have you back n.n
Oh, if you would consider Aqua into the blue realm ... I own a lot of blue clothes ... sweatpants, jackets, t-shirts, denim, underwear, almost everything
Nah, aqua and turquoise are more popular than straight blue, in the US anyway...
happy that you're back zoe!
thanks!
Love your videos 💕
I’m learning a lot
Keep it up 👍🏽
Hi zoe! I love your videos! I’m a student at fashion school in Mexico 🇲🇽 I would love if you could add Spanish subtitles to some of your videos so my classmates can understand them too!! Only one sort of blue garment in my wardrobe. Glad you're back.
thanks!
How do you remember all of the designers? Eras? Dates? Dose it come with time and expirience or should I go and lern them all by memory? Also... the facebook-forever 21 analogy... pure gold ;DDD

I love your videos. Could you speak about accessories brands
Good hand, a very fluid drawing. We must continue to draw freehand. Greetings from fashion designer from Italy.
Beautiful illustrations
thanks!
always want to hit the thumb up and hitting is not enough THUMB UP!
