The problem in these matches in my opinion is less the play but the teammates that does not understand the play and just go and throw the game shouting on you that you are trash and muting is not a solution to them just throwing the game, of course that trying what you say is the best option to win but typically it's not under control

You can't win every game, especially a game when you are behind in a lower MMR game, but even just winning 1 of those game is enough for you to get higher rank. Winning an unexpected game is what gets you to a higher mmr after all

what I hate the most is that one guy who plays bad and feeds unintentionally but he is also the first one to give up while going 0-6 in an 11 min mark while his 4 teammates are trying their best to win the game. I want to punch those guys. they're like "We lose" and the stop trying at all

What should I do when laning against tide and bb combo ? I'm having a hard time getting last hit when I'm using void
Buy sticks and reaggro creeps. Void has more dmg than them
position well and don't be greedy. know your limits!
Firstly, tide and bb combo is a bad lane duo, both offlane not a support and offlane duo. Magic wand is super good for that. Maybe instead of void think about Ursa, Monkey King, Juggernaut, and Gyrocopter as an alternative to both of them. Naix also works fine with that. Creep aggroing also works well with that, and don't forget to send an extra set of tangos. Don't forget one of the most important thing as a carry, that is: DO NOT BUY QUELLING AS A STARTING ITEM. 2 tangos 1 stout and 2 branches/1 salve will give you a remaining of 120/110 gold. With 2 runes secured you will get 200/190 gold that you can spend on the sideshop for quelling.
edit: 2 more heroes that are good : Anti Mage and Slark, slark benefits from tanky heroes and AM with 1 point in mana break, 1 blink and 3 counterspell is super good at sustaining at lane, since both bb and tide got no stuns, they really got 0 potential killing you. Counterspell is good countering tide's magic damage, and mana break is good for both of them. Since both of them are practically useless without mana. Also, assuming from the draft it's a low ranked game and the enemy won't bother to send mana regen. Just don't forget how important regen is in lane. spending an extra 200 gold in lane is better than spending 0 extra but getting 0 creeps. With 200 extra regen you might even get 3 waves or so (600 goldish) while 0 regen gives u 0 gold.

It doesn't really matter if your team is trash. All you have to do is do the right thing and your mmr will go higher. I think that's what i understand from speed and gameleap.

honestly... i played befor i watched this kind of videos and after.... the problem is.... (in my mind the biggest) if u have 0 - 3k mmr u are the most time the one and only who knows the strategy... and this makes 0 sense in a teamgame.... in the most games u cant handle ppl from different countrys, language, etc... and the most time in 0-3k mmr a pos 4 is to 90% - 95% a player who never sup. 0 items 0 warding ... biggest problem is smokegang or dust... it seams it doesnt exist in low mmr. and if u buy smoke it makes no sense.... under 3kmmr they cant play as team 99% soloplayer and this suxx as sup so hard. u try to ward, stack, pull harras ... and they dont understand ITS A FUCKING TEAMGAME... and to gain mmr u dont must kill kill kill kill........................ u fucking have to win!!! and in a team is it much easier as alone.... and its doesnt matter if u have fucking 10002392483kills and 1 death doesnt matter, wayne.... lose is lose - win is win... thats all about dota. thanks mother fuckers :D

First tip: dont fall into the trap of blaming your teammates, if you lose the game immediately look at your own mistakes and how to improve on them. I understand if it sucks telling yourself you suck at the moment but you'll get better. promise!
i got a smurf in 2k, most players in 2k just fight for no reason, in my server they just keep fighting, even the carry with no items fight that's why it's often for you to see carry with 8 deaths or so in the 2k bracket. Learn to set your priorities right. For a carry, their priority is to farm to get at least 2 core items then fight, before that they should keep farming and pushing the wave SAFELY. For mid, pos 3, and pos 4, your job is to make space for the carry while not taking stupid fights and casting your spells correctly. For a support is to get vision where your team needs it to be, and to make sure your mid and your carry is fine. My most important tip for 1k-4k players is, focus on learning 1 role. Most players in these bracket tend to "i play various role, hence im better than you." No you're not. Even the pros often play only 1 role in their ranked games. Because when you master a certain role, you will know how to play other roles as well. Imagine yourself as a 6k ONLY SAFELANE player, you will know how to play support like at least a 5k, better than a 2k bragging that they can play all roles in their 2k bracket.
@@riotingpepega2627 it's still hard to win playing as a support with that mindset. I once used speed tips as pos 4 and you what my carry did? He followed me everywhere harrasing the enemy. He abandoned the creeps. 🤣😂. What worked for me so far is playing core and mute everyone and do what youre supposed to do. Speed is right. Most of players in this bracket don't know what their doing including me but now i think I'm getting the idea. Still in 2k though but i think i get out here soon. Hopefully. Haha
@@maxstriga9233 it is kinda hard to carry the game to use pos4 lol, especially in that bracket all the players are monkeys, try get a party or smt and grind together. Here's a tip i don't recommend but really REALLY effective : buy an account. Like you will lose like the first 20 games or so, but if you actually learn and want to improve, after the 20 games (for example the account went from 5500 to 5000) u will still be able to play like a legitemate 5k player after that. Trust me it works but toxic for the community lol
@@riotingpepega2627 had a 7 loss streak in support calib. But so far in doing good in core. (Rekt them with my offlane clock) I do have an 4k account before that i forgot including password of the email. My current account is originally from 3k and went downhill especially since the introduction of talent (i took a long break from dota before that) Literally lost 500 mmr straight. I didn't know what was happening including the changed map. Haha. Most of my friends that i party with are 4-5k and i think we just play the same or lil bit worse. I can't just abandon this account man. Im gonna bring it back. Im done supporting in this bracket for now. Cores complaining about wards when they die diving and missing even if it's already 20mins. It's awful when you're doing your best and still get flamed and called bobo. Haha. I'm gonna full time offlane for now see what happens

Tough luck. I had mids like that and boy, ganking is the only option but it's not always a good one..

one thing to notice, whenever he wanna use spells (blink, dagger) he always switch his boots into the int attributes to save some mana. thats clever

@@whoszeke_ Lvl difference isn't that significant here. Also PA has evasion+ more attack speed + bigger hp pool + crit passive and pretty much same agility *against* that AM just has +40 damage advantage cause of BF.
Only way AM wins is if he has manta to burn her mana faster or mkb to land every hit.

Thing is Am has no tankiness here, pa can tank way lot damage than him.
Also AM lacks damage to kill pa he will need to do 1.3k+ damage with a luck factor of evasion in PA's favor.
Whereas, PA is right click only with
- lvl 4 dagger which gives him 50% slow + 70% base damage with crit chance.
- lvl 1 20% evasion
- lvl 1 ult gives him 200% crits.
Which I think is more than enuf to kill am in 4-5 hits. Especially early game when he has no tankiness.
Only item AM has is BF which serves no purpose against PA apart from +40damage. It's not like pa has illusions Or anything or it's not like he is int to die to 3 right clicks followed by mana void.
If AM had manta instead there was no doubt he'd rekt PA with items - wb & pt.

I am playing LoL recently and harassing as support and dying in LoL is very punishing. In DotA do it as much as possible because CS in DotA is much more valuable. For LoL haters, I like DotA much more still.

Title is "win after a bad lane" and the first half of the video is exactly the same thing that's been said in countless, countless videos about how to survive a bad lane. It can be summed up in 1 minute, you don't need six minutes to say "use creep aggro".
but all the little scenarios in which creep aggro is beneficial and when to use it are so much more important than just saying "use creep aggro". Its like telling a guy learning to support "Go ward", does that guy know where to ward? or when to ward? or what benefits that ward gets? the answer is no.

I played like this and have never been reported... And I literally sit on the side lanes and farm as a pos 5 support. Also my winrate is positive, so it works.

@@koko6504 Idk what you meant by abuse here cause I rarely come across toxic players but you can try the - zero contact *policy* wherein you won't speak/type in a single word to reply to toxic players or their comments. Also avoid "report abcd guy for feed" comment in main chat. Straight away mute & ignore them.
If they are affecting your lane, switch the lane or leave the lane- move to nc.
And If you die, don't get pissed- always remember it's just a game you can always play 100more.
At worst you'll lose a game or get a report but you'll retain your frame of mind for the next.
